The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The lift is super fast. We stayed on the 23rd floor but getting there took only couple of seconds though the hotel was almost full. The location is great for shoppers with all the big malls accessible by a 8 to 10 minutes walk. There is a BTS station close by. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. Excellent coffee. Helpful staff !

The location of hotel was very conveniently located (walking distance) near all the downtown shopping centers like Paragon, Siam Discovery and Center, MBK, etc,. I really enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, make to order omelets, and coffee. We liked the designs and decorations outside and the lobby, including the main floor restaurant. The pool has a nice city view and was bigger than I thought from what I've saw in the hotel pictures. The gym had enough equipment cardio, weight machines, and free weights to allow you to have a good workout. The rooftop bar just opened which has very nice views of downtown. The front desk staff Bella and Peach were polite and attentive. The luggage attendant, Keys, was helpful with our requests, calling Taxis for us, and even taking care of us by helping setup a last-minute tour for us. We had a minor issue with the rooms which were resolved satisfactorily after talking to Nattadej (Nattan). This hotel is worth the stay and factoring in the price we paid it is very good deal.

Not a big deal just nice to have a place to exchange foreign money into Thai Bahts.

I liked the sofa into bed option which was helpful to me as I traveled with my two kids. The breakfast was good and excellent service from staff. The hotel is in good location close to MBK market and other Siam discovery and other markets which are 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Swimming pool has nice view to the outside.

Simply fantastic hotel! Ideal location- close to BTS train, MBK, Siam and Central malls. Wonderful attentive and helpful staff all over the hotel, from the warm guest services, to reception and the cleaning staff - they left my wife a complimentary dessert on her birthday. Spacious and beautifully designed room, one of the best hotel rooms I have seen for the size and price. The bed is heavenly. Great breakfast- all the standards plus a unique special every morning. All the little things, it’s got a great vibe as a hotel. The guests and staff all seem happy 👌 Will definitely stay there next time I am in Bangkok.

The staff were really accommodating. The original bed in my room was too soft. I tried sleeping on it for 2 nights (out of our 6) and ended up having stiff shoulders ache (despite having thai massage for 2 days in a row). I then made a request to change bed but was told it wasn't really possible. They offered to change my room instead. I was brought to see 2 other heritage rooms but were all without Jacuzzis (I had a Jacuzzi in my original room which my kids were very excited about) which I can't take in order not to disappoint my kids. I then asked if they could add a harder single bed for the rest of my stay which they gladly obliged. To my surprise, when I got back to the room that night, they changed my bed with a harder mattress!! No words to describe their dedication towards customer service!

The knobs in the toilets were all faulty and difficult to turn on/ off but it was something we could live with. Breakfast ended a tad too early (at 10.30am) for us. It was quite a rush on most mornings since we tend to sleep in during our holidays. Daily cleaning isn't the best. Toothpaste and soap stains were not cleaned off when we get back to our room everyday. We also see dust on the table tops etc. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, 4 sets of towels were provided on our first night but on days when we requested for change of towels, we were only given 2 sets. We ended up sharing most of the times :D

The room is huge for our family of 3. Clean and its not carpeted so I really like that. Comfortable beds and love the pillows! Big wardrobe and complimentary water bottles served in sustainable method. Big shower and toilet area. Two sinks available for use. Decent gym size and noted to be clean. Swimming pool is quite small and not child-friendly so please take note for families who intend to bring children for swimming. Staff are friendly and helpful. Assisted us when we need transport. Assisted us when we needed translation also. Rooftop bar is nice and simple. Good for sunset view. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and I would recommend others to stay. Hope to be back one day.

Shower area do not have shelf. Had to place shower gel bottles on the floor during shower then remove them once done. However, there are shelves over at the toilet area, so that's a bit strange as shower area could at least use one shelf for placing toiletries. Lighting in the room is quite poor. Corridor lighting equally dark. But we can see that other floors are brighter but maybe the dimmed light was due to aged light bulbs.

Loved this hotel! Is very cool, great location (close to sky train, big mall, spa, 10-15 min ride to everything!) well designed and very well kept if you keep in mind is a 16yo one. I stayed 5 nights and love every minute of it. The room was perfect in all ways. Loved the designed and how functional, spacious, clean and comfortable it is. Bathroom comfy, nice 🛀. The views from the room were incredible!! You can see (from distance) the Big Buddha even from the bathroom! I have two slipped discs and sciatica problems and just for the bed I would only stay in this hotel when I visit BKK. I had not one bit of pain during the 5 nights. Kuddos for the bed!! The rooftop is a must while staying. It has beautiful views of the city I had two meals at Chim Chim and food was as yummy as beautiful the restaurant is. More importantly, the staff was incredible! Thank you Tina, Queen & Concierge for going out of your way to make my week perfect!!

The cool decor, fab rooftop bar, 11th floor infinity pool, comfy bed, view from room of stadium one. Eggs benee at breakie. All so good. Loved it.

Great hotel, right in the center close to shopping malls. I was travelling with my daughters, and we felt very safe, even when getting to the hotel at night. The pool on the 11th floor is amazing, I swam a few lines ever morning before breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, als the pillows were soft and comfy. We had a Club room on the 24th floor! Highly recommended. Breakfast and room service also really good! Extra bonus: The most amazing roof top bar! We enjoyed a sunset drink up there every night, great drinks and music!!!

I would definitely opt for a room in the higher floors, since the area is very noisy and the windows did not seem to be properly isolated. We had a room in the 24th floor, which was amazing.

Excellent central location 5 minutes away from the BTS, exceptionally clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff (especially the concierge team who helped us organise activities/gave recommendations), lovely pool and roof top bar with great views of the city.

WiFi coverage was weak in places in our room and service was slow at the roof top bar. Restaurant and bar staff could also have had greater advance awareness of food allergies and ingredients in dishes (although once they understood they readily helped us navigate the menus).
