Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are also super clean. Location is great, right across the road from the old town and the harbour is one street behind with some cool old buildings. Wifi works great. Staff were lovely, especially the ones doing the fries on the Friday nights. Morning waffles and sauna are great too. Building is old but well soundproofed, street noise isn’t too bad either.

Only minor things, not problems but things that could be improved, in the private room I had the light switch was down the far end of the room and there is no lamp near the bed. Also, you have to leave your room key at the front desk every time you leave the building, and there isn’t always someone there when you come back as there was only one person working the desk each day.

* Ideal location close to old town and relatively close to harbour * clean bedrooms and very spacious * shared bathrooms and toilets were clean too and well maintained (renewal of toilet paper etc.) throughout our stay * luggage storage space before check-in and after check-out is possible due to 24-hour manned reception * 1 liter bowl of dough (approx. for around 16 waffles/8 ppl) is being made every morning by the receptionist for guests so that you can make yourself a waffle for breakfast, however you have to get up early to enjoy!

* shared toilets (we found 3 only) and bathrooms (we found 1 only) are limited on the 2nd floor for more than 10 rooms on that floor * if you stay on the upper floors, you have to climb down lots of stairs to get to the showers in the cellar. However, once there, there are plenty of showers (around 10) and toilets! * when going to the shared showers in the cellar, you have to pass the kitchen: in the morning, people are passing in pyjamas or with only a wrapped towel through the kitchen, where others have breakfast, so that might appear a bit funny or weird to some

Stayed for 4 nights at this hostel and I was impressed of how well organised was this place and with a reasonable price. There is a 24/7 reception, so even late checkin is not a problem and the keys for all room are some electronic tags. Although my room was located at the basement next to the kitchen and playground area, there was no noise after the designated time, so I could sleep just fine. The kitchen is well equiped with a coffee machine (not free) and there are free waffle materials every morning, so the guests can prepare their own waffle. Also, there is a shared toilet at this area. The staff was very helpful before arriving with quick replies and also during my stay. Also there is a free luggage store room at the ground floor. Near the hostel there are many escooters available for rent, that provide easy access to the city center.

There are no shops, food places or coffee places near the hostel. Just a gas stastion with some bakery and basic items to buy through a small market.

Good size twin room with a powerful shower and reasonably sized private bathroom. Lots of storage space. Very good and comfortable common area with a decent kitchen too. A coffee machine was available for a price. A free waffle for breakfast! The location was excellent and so easy from the airport with Bolt. Massive supermarket nearby and the Old Town with all it has to offer only a stone's throw away. Very friendly staff. They have sauna and plunge pool with free access in the morning, but we didn't use it.

An extra towel as a hand towel (we had to pay a euro for an extra towell) and something for the bathroom floor. Pillows could be better.

The location is convenient, just next to the Linnahall and opposite to the old town. There is tram and bus stop next to the hostel. Also, it is just 10-min walk away from the cruise terminal. The single room is comfortable, though the bed and pillow are too soft for me. The space in room is sufficient for one person. There are hangers and a small desk as well. The laundry is good as well. It is not expensive (4 euro), and the machines are quite clean and new. Overall, the whole hostel/hotel is clean, organized and convenient!

The fridge sometimes seemed to be filled up with food left by the previous guests. It might be hard to find a space to put our food.

Great Ho(s)tel! I stayed in two different dorm rooms there during my trip to Estonia and enjoyed both times. It is not a party hostel, but I had no problems talking to people in my room and appreciated the unusual cleanliness for a hostel. The dorm rooms were spacious, every bed has an allocated locker and plenty of space to put down backpacks or suitcases - something I often find missing in other hostels. Next to sheets, towels were provided. The highlight of the entire stay, however, were the free waffles and free sauna with plunge pool every morning from 9 til 11. Location is also great, you can walk everywhere within 10 to 15 minutes, may it be the harbour, Old Town, Balti Jaam (main train station), Kalamaja neighbourhood or Telliskivi Creative City area.

In one of the rooms there was a old socks/shoes smell and in the other one the mattress itself looked quite old and dirty, but I have seen worse and the provided sheets are very clean.

Excellent location at a walking distance from the old town. The beds in the twin room were surprisingly comfortable. The room was quite nice with tall beautiful ceilings (of course subject to personal taste, I just love older buildings with character). Overall, excellent value for money and exactly what we wanted.

The parking spots were not very clearly marked. You need to take a turn from a busy road, so there is little opportunity to figure it out without blocking the traffic. In addition, two of the spots have a very high curb, and we didn't feel like we could've driven there safely in our car. The en suite bathroom was a bit old and the shower door handle was falling off. We also didn't dare to open the window which was quite dirty and looked like it might also break, so the room got a bit hot.

Location, quite, big place for socialising, making waffles, kitchen. The receptionist put me together in a room with my friend. It would be nice if there was a map provided and some tips given regarding sightseeing. Didn't use the sauna it could be open during the day, not just for a few hours. It is not a party hostel but I liked it. Massive lockers and secure. Close to the ferries, old town. Safe.

Some toilets are separate from toilets with a sink. Had to go downstairs for bathrooms when it was busy. Could clean bathrooms more often. Fairy was finished. I needed it to wash dishes. I could hear people next wall, but it was grand

Kitchen dining area/living room combined, which can be crowded. The ping pong table and the players occupy plenty of space, create lots of noise, a nuisance. There were many kids/teenagers during my stay, which makes me think this is a group/family destination. Garbage and recycle bins fill up quickly, and they are services only in AM.
