The hotel is slightly tucked away from view so locating it was a little tricky, especially in the light of the work on the transport infrastructure (roads, trams, etc) which is currently (June/July 2024) ongoing. However, once located we had the benefit of an on-site parking space (which we had reserved as part of the booking process - highly recommended) which for EUR10 per day represented good value. (The work on the roads, etc, did not present any noise issues during our time in the hotel). The staff were friendly and very helpful, able to provide information regarding the main tourist sights. Entry to the old town is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was well-appointed, including a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities, plus a fridge. The beds were very comfortable, with the curtains providing a good blackout. The room had air-conditioning and was not noisy at the lowest fan speed although its ability to reduce the room temperature was limited. The window could be opened as an alternative. Breakfast comprised an excellent variety of tasty items. A very pleasant hotel in a good location which we will be happy to use again if we are in the area.

Great, convenient location; generous breakfast, nice standard room, walking distance to the Old Town and the sea front. A supermarket nearby.

I would expect the double bed to be one mattress only. Two mattresses joined together aren’t super comfy.

The room was comfortable and well-lit. For two people sharing a room, it was easy to adjust enough light for one, without the other being disturbed so that they can sleep. One very large pillow, one standard size pillow for each bed. Comfortable beds. A spacious desk and chair behind the desk, even in a 21 meter squared room. Friendly staff. Good variety at breakfast. 24/7 gym free-to-use for hotel guests. The location is close to Old Town and near, but not on, a busy street, so there is an impression of quietness in the neighborhood. A Rimi supermarket is within easy walking distance.

Nothing to mention

It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located very close to the city center, so we barely needed to use our car, which stayed in the parking lot most of the time. The parking fee is reasonable at 10€ per day. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. I can recommend this hotel both for short and long stays.

There were two reasons why I didn’t give this hotel the highest rating: 1. The price for a dog is 20€ per night, but there are no amenities included for pets. We didn’t receive anything for this price—no pet facilities at all. We had to ask at reception for a towel and a water bowl. 2. Some of the staff weren’t very willing to help us. When we asked them something, they silently called over another girl, who was very helpful and cheerful, while the others sat there looking grumpy, as if what we were asking wasn’t their job. Maybe they didn’t speak English, which is understandable, but at the very least, they could have greeted us with a smile.

The hotel is in a great location with the old town being a 5 minute walk away. Parking is safe and secure for your car as the hotel has its own spaces in a shared parking area with other buildings. The hotel feels modern, clean and professional inside. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Good bathroom with great shower pressure. The Breakfast is brilliant, so much choice. The staff are professional.

Just a small note that breakfast starts at 7.30am which is later than most other hotels I've stayed in. A 7am start would be more ideal so that you can get going earlier with your day.

A beautiful stay in a really clean, cosy and overall impressive room. The hotel is modern and elegant and offers more than you actually need, however I loved it and would definitely recommend it. The personnel is friendly, the breakfast is good and the location is really near to the city centre.

You should emphasize a bit more that you are charging for parking. It's not a problem, but it should be visible a bit more. Apart from that, a perfect experience and will come back for sure, if I am in Tallinn.

Everything in this hotel was exceptional! We have travelled all over the word with my husband. It was our first time in Tallin and didn't really knew what to expect. We loved everything about the hotel and the city! Hotel location is very good, easy to reach everything by walking. The style of the hotel is very well put together. The old times and modern features give a unique character to the whole building. The room vas very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous! So many choices and very healthy options. Honestly, the breakfas was exceptional! Everyone was very kind from the cleaning lady to the receptionist. We had a very very nice time in Tallin and we loved this hotel. Definitely would come back again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I especially appreciated the generous breakfast buffet and the availability of the fitness room. The location is ideal, with numerous bus and tram lines operating in the immediate vicinity, and the main train station is also nearby. The city center and the harbor are both within easy walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is perfect for those planning a day trip to Helsinki. Another great advantage was the hassle-free late-night check-in, even after midnight, following the last flight of the day.

The room was spacious enough, we were traveling with a baby and she had plenty of space to crawl. The bed was large and comfortable, the pillows were also not bad. Tasty breakfast.

The room was dirty. The sink was poorly cleaned, the carpet was poorly vacuumed, and there were some hair on it. Very dirty minibar refrigerator. Plus the tulle in the room looked like it was covered in paint or blood. All this despite the fact that we said that we were traveling with a baby and asked for a quiet and clean room.

The hotel is situated in the city centre. It is only a 5 minutes walk to the old town and to the nearest tram and bus stop. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a kettle and a good bathroom. Breakfast was excellent.

While the breakfast was excellent, the scrambled eggs were swimming in a watery substance. The shower head mount was positioned so low that I did not fit under the shower. And I am only 1.78 m tall.
