Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. We were upgraded to double room from small double room which we really appreciated as the price we paid for a small one was even cheaper than for a standard room so we got a great view and pretty spacious room instead than one we booked. Although check-in is automated, the staff at the box office is really nice. Pretty cheap parking in the underground parking lot was nice. Short walking distance to the uptown and old town.

The restaurant for a la carte breakfast was pretty jammed every morning. The food was great but the staff was not doing well. It was a chaotic service from long waiting time to forgetting a meal. The stay was really overpriced for the day of the concert that took place on Tallinn, one night was four times more expensive.

I liked the location close to the ferry terminal and within walking distance to the Old Town and Kalamaja neighborhood. The room was comfortable and the working spaces were nice and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The laundry is expensive at €20 to wash & dry a small load. There was a strong odor coming from the bathroom when I arrived, but I talked to the receptionist and she was super helpful. A housekeeper was able to resolve the issue with a solution that is poured into a trap in the shower. I’m just glad I asked because the smell was very off putting and I was initially disappointed, unsure why it smelled or if there was anything that could be done to fix it.

Citybox u have a lifelong fan! I loved this stay. Everything was clean, the digital checkin/luggage storage/facilities all worked without a fault, and the location is stunning. I stayed first with a friend in a twin room, with a harbour view (for less than £40 a night, pretty good deal!), and later in a single atrium room. Both were toasty warm, heated floors in the bathrooms and literally spotless. The storage hooks around the room were perfect for someone like me, who tends to leave things if they're stashed in cupboards or shelving that's out of sight, out of mind. Plus the fantastic cafe LouLou is attached to the hotel - 10% off for Citybox guests and a wonderful ambience along with their brunch/lunch menu. This was my first visit to Tallinn and I would love to come back for another stay :)

Location, self check-in,rooms great view #beds#showers chilling seating areas kitchen area ,ironing room 5 min walk to the harbour Newtown shopping mall,10 min walk to the old town beautiful place must see we did the bike tour around Tallinn with city bikes brilliant learnt so much about Estonia definitely stay here again paper cups plates, bowls cutlery etc in the kitchen kettle, microwave etc everything ya need for great stay easy quick check out 🥰

Not the hotels fault they have fridges in the kitchen for you to store food /drinks just put your room number on them which we did next night my husband went to get his beer someone had taken it and drunk it😳😡

The location was very central, within walking distance to the old town and seaside. The hotel has a very modern design, with a lounge where you can spend time. The breakfast was filling and delicious.

There is no window that you can open in the single room but only a small window-like glass. Therefore, no fresh air from outside. The hotel has its own ventilation system but you cannot adjust it as you wish, temperature determined by the hotel and the air conditioner works at that temperature. The constant cool blowing of the air conditioner was disturbing. In addition, the room walls are dark gray and feels gloomy because there is no sunlight.

Street, Place, rooms and everywhere in hotel was amazing. Lobby personal was lovely, smiling and help me about everything.

Great place to stay midway between old town and the ferry terminals. Only 5 minute walk to either. Rooms are compact but very functional so it is comfortable for two. The share kitchen is efficient. Laundry machines are available though expensive @ 10€. Parking is below the hotel @ 10€/day. Other parking available nearby for 6€/day. The breakfast included rate includes breakfast by LouLou Restaurant next door. Breakfast choices are from a short menu that includes 6 different things all of which are excellent plus fresh squeezed OJ and Black coffee, cappuccino or tea. They are dog friendly and we were welcomed by a very gracious “working dog” that is the partner of the manager. We had encouraged her to come out of the office to say hello or we would not have even known she was around.

The breakfast has a mix of unique and common dishes, the portions are great for the price and we loved what we ordered. The location is around the corner from the ferry port, a 15 minute walk to the city centre and just across the road were more shops, there were several ways to get to the city centre so great location. Rooms and bathroom were spotless and the bathroom was more spacious than we thought. I loved that there was a kitchen and laundry service on the 3rd floor and even more so, absolutely loved the lounges on every floor, you could choose anywhere to relax at any point of the day, I spent every evening in the 3rd floor lounge. I think it's the best feature of the hotel and it was beautifully laid out.

We didn't realise that the rooms didn't come with wardrobes and the atrium rooms did not look the same on the website. I did not enjoy the atrium room, there was even less natural light in the room than the photos on the website depicted. The beds keep moving around. You have to ask for a kettle for your room. Did not like the feel of the flooring.

Nice modern building with beautiful design! I like the concept of having common areas and kitchen. The location is good - the neighbourhood itself is not the most beautiful, but with a five minute walk you can reach the old town and it’s also very close to ferry terminal A, perfect for a daytrip to Helsinki. The staff is great, everyone was very friendly and ready to help, they offered me a room change when I had a problem in my original room and it was no problem to check out one hour later.

The single room (and especially the bed) is very small. As there is a common kitchen, there is no kettle in the rooms. You can borrow a kettle from reception but there are no mugs, the paper cups from the common kitchen are not really suitable for hot drinks. Having a mug in the room would be an improvement. I cannot recommend this hotel for people sensitive to draught. There is a constant stream of cool air coming to the room from the ventilation system (?). In my first room, it was blowing cold air directly on the bed. After the room change, it got better, mainly because the room was bigger and the bed was located differently.

When booking, I ordered a room for two with breakfast for two. In the morning it turned out that breakfast is only for one, and you have to pay extra for the second. I can't understand how you can book a room for two and get paid breakfast for one? And where is breakfast for Second Person? And the staff simply did not react. Your problems are your problems - that's the whole answer. I paid extra for the second breakfast. I solved the problem myself. This is not normal. I will not recommend my friends a hotel with such an attitude towards its customers.
