Location, SPA, bed

We came for breakfast around 10:20 on Saturday and after some time waitress asked as to speed up - it was not really nice.

Location was perfect - near from sea side and old town. Hotel itself is located in somekind "city into city" with restourants, shops etc. There also was nice Kalvev chocolate gift shop around corner. My husband also loved SPA area and breaksfast. P.s. If you want to reserve parking place for your car (25 eur/day) - I advice to call hotel in advance and dont rely only on comment section in booking app (it was our mistake). In their undeground garage there is limited spots, so dont leave it for last minute. All around hotel there was also Europark parking available.

*Out room was no window view - our window had a view of the wall. So it was impossible to tell what weather is outside. *We loved breakfast but one thing we didnt find was fresh fruits. Or if there was some, we missed it.

The location of the hotel is amazing, it's in the new modern pleasant area Rotterman and close to everything-old town, sightseeing, restaurants, shops, etc., and it's quite to sleep, you dont hear the street. Breakfast is very tasty and a big choice of different things; good spa (nice and relaxing), 4 saunas (2 works from 3pm), swimming pool, bar and jacusi. The interior of the hotel looks good, the room is very clean, good value for money!

The staff is not so friendly, i booked double room, however i was alone and i got the single room (it was one small bed, but i payed for a double room, and girls at the reception told like "no it's a double room" (but the pictures were a bit different), there was a hole in the shower curtain and all the water went out a lot in the bathroom, all was completely wet, also when i told about this the reception were not willing to help (they said now they cannot do nothing). In the spa people sitiing with alchogol drinks in the swimming pool, and you need to pay the towels and slippers extra.

* View from the 7th floor to old town was gorgeus! * Small hotel spa was good entertainment for the evening. Several saunas, ice-cold shower, small jacuzzis and a small pool with more bubbles. No space for swimming though. ☺️ * Perfect location: close to harbor, at the lovely Rotermann quarters area and next to the old town. * Spacious room, ok interiour, nice bathroom * Fridge * Window can be opened * Will definitely visit again - keep up this level of cleansiness and services!

Only minor things were not so good/need improvement: * Airconditioning didn’t function at all. It seemed to go on (bit) during the night, making noise right above the bed. Room got very hot (+26•C) in the evening sun, but at least leaving the window open while at dinner, cooled the room enough for sleeping (+23•C). * Spa area floors were dangerously slippery! Hottest/ Finnish sauna had some tiles on walls, which got burning hot.. wood is better inside sauna. * No hair conditioner available - would be useful after pool water. * Breakfast had American pancakes, but no maple syrup with them. :)

We stayed one night. The Hotel was really new and looked very nice. The Spa was small and really excellent and included in the booking. Breakfast was very good and we included that also. Room quality was good and very clean with wooden floors which we requested. Overall a very good feel.

The noise below the room on Saturday night after 22:00 (& the day before the Marathon) was awful - the whole room was shaking until 00:30. The front desk will have known that this was going on and should have informed or changed the rooms for us. We were offered ear plugs :(

Spa facilities are fabulous Lovely rooms with good storage space Amazing location with everything within walking distance (or scooting!) Good welcome and lobby area is impressive

Because of the good location it's very loud at night (Saturdays especially). We were on the second floor at the back and despite being out until late, there was loud music on until 4am from the downstairs bar and bars across the square. Spa cocktails were poor and overpriced

Nice new looking hotel. Quiet and a little bit away from the most busy area of old town. Clean, spacious and stylish. Nice little spa area with few saunas and few hot tubes and one bigger swimming pool. Price was spot on. Room was standard size, comfortable beds and clean shower/toilet. Easy to get around from this hotel.

Spa bar was a bit more expensive than I have used to in Tallinn. Everything else was pretty much fine. Nothing specific to complain about. So not going to invent any bad to say about this place. I highly recommend.

Location is perfect for walking in the area, very nicely reachable from the port and the old city is in walking distance as well. The room is spacious and everything is very modern and new. Breakfast was great, including hot dishes, muesli, snacks, and very tasty pancakes (though everything was same during the two mornings that we were there).

The shower could be bigger with higher water flow; there could be more different options what to do in the spa (although it is still very good :) ). We didn’t really figure out how to use the coffee machine in the room, but maybe it’s just that its instructions need to be checked.

All looked new and clean, beautiful interior. A simple standard room turned out to be surprisingly great. The spa area was close to the rooms which I think is great, and even though it was small considering with other spa’s, it had everything to have a good time. Restaurant also had a beautiful interior and a considerable variety at breakfast. Staff was nice and helped with the questions we had. Maybe one recommendation - it seems a bit more logical that if you have a reception-like table at the spa entrance at the second floor, then you get to buy all spa related things from that table, and you dont have to go down to the first floor main reception to buy the slippers, and then get sent back upstairs to the spa reception to get the size slippers you need. It didnt in any way influence our stay, but just thought it would make a better stay for future visitors. Overall I am happy we chose this hotel-spa, thank you for a great place in the city centre, will definitely come again.

Room was clean, staff was very welcoming and nice. Check-in was surprisingly quick and easy. Spa area although not huge, was exceptionally clean and we loved the +32°C pool and salt sauna.

Romantic package description in my native language offered more options than the actual package did include. Not sure who is responsible for correct translations - booking or the hotel, but either way I felt like this was false advertising and misleading info, since if I had seen the actual offer, as it was presented in English (which turned out to be correct version), I most likely would not have chosen this package. For context: package in my native language included free parking in the basement, free drinks in the bar and late check-out until 15:00
