Impressed that whe I compalined they just got on with finding a new room and no fuss was made The manager was especially impressive and polite and helpful - they arranged transport and cars when needed also They went over and above what was expected We had a civil unrest issue for a few days and they put on extra security at the door which was reassuring

my first room was awful as the windows did not shut properly and I was attacked by mosquitos all night The bathroom was tiny and squeezed in The door did not lock the Lights were not working properly with the key card The room I moved to was much better but quite noisy as the walls have no soundproofing and the man next door was having a 2 hr row with someone!Staff were super fiendly and helpful esp when I complained they just found me. different room no issues

We recently stayed at the ELGEL hotel and were incredibly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly and ensured that our room was always clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly and attentive staff.

Our room had no exhaust fan! I am not sure if other rooms have the same design, but it's not a big deal!

We were really pleased with our stay at the Elgel Hotel and Spa as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great, especially the shower was the best shower we have ever had, it is highly recommendable

New and stylish hotel. Clean modern and very comfortable. Staff is very helpfull.

Its very loud if the room is oposite to the street. Make sure you get room to forest side. Sauna and swimming pool are smal and used by many walking guests. A bit far from city.

It is a nice and very clean hotel with kind staff and an excellent gym. There is also a nice indoor swimming pool.

I don't really have any complaints. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear, but all in all, it is a really nice place to stay and the price is good.

Improve the WIFI signal in the room.

Amazing large rooms and bathrooms. Staff are amazing ...always ready to go the extra mile to help. Breakfast is Simple but good. Food from the menu was amazing especially the Chicken Tortilla wrap. Bar is well stocked with amazing service. The Pastry shop is also one to check out...amazing pastry selection. Value for money hotel. Great gym and bathwater temp indoor pool. All Covid Protocols were strictly maintained

The traffic from the hotel to the city center was a nightmare. Rooms need a bench to put you suitcase on forceasy access.
