The staff is really nice , room is nice, and environment is also nice, area is nice , building is nice and clean, airport shuttle service is amazing, 😀

In my room there in no sugar and milk , only one tea bag, and when I call reception next day that I want tea bag, they didn't bring then I wait and sleep, and there is no towel in washroom,

This hotel is very modern and clean, cheap, I like this hotel. The location is in the city center, very close to the airport. They also have a free airport shuttle which is incredible! The staff are very friendly, I will come again.

We visited this hotel for embassy visit purposes. Everything is perfect and we have a good time there just one thing supporting staff interepts a lot like why you taking water etc stuff. BTW, the lady at reception is very supportive. Overall, the experience was good. We get recommendations for this hotel, but we must say they are over relaxed on recommendations, and they need to improve quality rather than going in downwards.

The staff was very wellcoming and friendly from the front desk,managers and assistants all the restaurant employees and the house keeping they were outstanding employees very accommodating after I checked out I have to come back and stay in IVY hotel for 9 days and again I extended it for another 5 days till I fly back to Canada I absolutely recomend for any visitor to check it out the Rooms are very clean and full of space I am very happy with the location as it is in the center of the city. I would rate them *10 out 10*

I belong from Pakistan. This was my first trip in this country. I choose this hotel because of the comfort, Security, Free Breakfast, Airport Shuttle Service and the place from where i can move easily inside the city. This hotel satisfied my all requirements. They have means of currency conversion and. Accept all visas and master cards.

I don't find any problem living at here. The only thing that i missed was their hotel active email addresses. I told them to provide active email address so that a person in advance contact them.

Breakfast was very satisfying with plenty of variety.

There was nothing that I didn't like at the hotel. The only comment I would make would be the distance from the hotel to the school that I volunteer at each day. This is NOT a criticism against the Ivy Hotel but my lack of understanding the distance from the hotel to the school in Yerer.

The best shower we had for a long time. Stuff was very responsive and helpful. Very clean Breakfast was excellent

In the family suite the bathroom + toilet are with milky glass walls. Our teenagers didn't feel at all comfortable to be seen threw. The sheets are very used and although smelld from londery soap were steind and yellowish.

The rooms are great and the staff is super nice and attentive and would help you with anything you need ! Beds are huge and super comfortable and spacious Rooms are clean and tidy with new amenities Breakfast is simple but nice and the restaurant’s menu has many dishes to choose from

Wi-Fi is unstable and don’t always work in the rooms

What I didn’t like first of all shuttle driver came late to airport even I already mension the time… 2nd I wrote when I book the hotel is that we will reach the airport 6:50 so I want room around 8;30 but they gave me room after 10 0 clock.
