I had a truly wonderful experience at Sapphire Addis. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern and spacious rooms that were spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The staff were genuinely welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like during my stay. Everything was well thought out, and the experience was seamless from start to finish.

The management's responsiveness to guests' requests was impressive and praiseworthy.

The lobby was too crowded with many furniture pieces (like sofas) that are larger that they needed to be.

The Sapphire team are friendly and professional . The hotel is very clean and the food service is amazing and very reasonable price . The location is within a block of all kinds of eatery, entertainment, and shopping. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I am very pleased on both occasions. This hotel is better than most 5 star hotels in North America. Keep up the good work. Belen was amazing.

Everything was perfect

The spa was the highlight of my stay. It's cool and the steam is just superb. A cool place to relax and chill. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Situated on Bole road made it easier to access a number of restaurants, coffee shops and Gelato😁. Sapphire is my fav. so far in Addis.

Anna, the manger at Saphire Addis, was very professional and went out of her way to provide service.

Very spacious rooms, definitely good value for money. Check-in went very quick and the staff was very helpful during my stay. The hotel is centrally located in Bole area, close to many shops, businesses and restaurants. I did not use the spa and gym, but they looked great as well.

The WiFi was not fast, so did not use it a lot. Be aware that when you take anything from the mini bar, it takes a long time for the staff to process this during your check-out.

Clean hotel, caring staff, delicious cuisine, good bar/coffee shop for business meetings, security staff looks after you, airport pick up and sending off, rooms are specious and well equipped, one of the best places for Ethiopian coffee

As a business traveller I would have liked to have more entertaining events and facilities within the hotel specially being in Ethiopia the country has a lot to offer in terms of culture and music. There is a slight problem with the bathroom, the glass visor doesn't extend enough to stop the water from spilling over the floor. Hence, you end up with water paddle after shower.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with convenient access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The front desk staff and manager were very accommodating and cordial. I believe it was worthwhile to stay at the hotel again.

The food and beverages are delicious, and the service is outstanding. And a safe, secure, and peaceful place to stay.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

The shower took 10 minutes to heat up, and one would think there was no hot water.

The location is superb - there are a number of restaurants nearby to explore. The room is clean and cozy, . Overall i enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

i didn't like the bathroom as I'm not a jacuzzi fun and the tiles are very slippery - which is a serious hazard
