The hotel was excellent. I have been to several hotels in Addis and this has been the cleanest with the best services. The rooms include all necessary amenities. The decor in the room is also amazing. Cleaning service provided was timely and extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone currently thinking about accommodation in Addis!

A value-for money hotel which is close to the airport (less than 10 minutes drive away) and neat. The neighborhood was well lit and appeared safe at night. I liked the free airport shuttle service. My room was spacious, clean, well-insulated, had free toiletries as well as complimentary tea items and bottled water, and a balcony. The water heater worked well during my stay. The hotel's staff were friendly, professional, welcoming and could speak understand and speak English. The internet worked well. I was able to attend online meetings without internet disruptions. I liked the spa (which was open round the clock) and the gym. I wouldn't mind staying here again, when next I visit Addis.

The balcony was quite tiny and there appeared not be that many shops or pubs nearby.

Like was the case the other time when I stayed at this hotel, I enjoyed my stay during this trip. The staff have always been professional and welcoming; the room I stayed in was spacious and had a balcony; Internet and hot water worked well throughout my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast and lunch as well. I could order food from the kitchen late at night and had it served in my room. I requested the hotel shuttle for airport pickup and drop-off at the hotel. It came on time and was free for both trips. I highly recommend!

Lema yirefu and the most wonderful night manager Mr: Tilahun, this man is amazing, he is smart and knows how to deliver 5 stars service, I think you are lucky to have such spectacular employee. I recently had the pleasure of staying at TH BonRoyal and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I was greeted at the airport by the shuttle driver, to the warm and efficient check-in process, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The dinning room staff were attentive and friendly, making each meal a delightful experience. The manager's prompt email responses to my inquiries demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

This hotel is very convenient for a quick stay in between flights. It's comfortable enough, and the staff was very friendly. It is located practically behind the airport! I found it very nice that they have an atm machine right outside the hotel. Airport Shuttle was sharply in time both to pick me up when I arrive and when I was going to catch the next flight. Will definitely stay there again!

The shower doesn't really have a door, so the water goes out and wet the floor. Would be nice if they had slippers for the guests :) The access to the hotel is a bit bumpy, but thankfully, it's just a short distance from the main road.

Staff very friendly and helpful, great location if you need to stay close to airport, supermarket 10 mins walk away. Room was very spacious.

Hotel promises air conditioning, however, I stayed there twice on separate occasions and no A/C, just blows circulated air. On booking.com says hotel provides hairdryer and there was none in room or at the front desk. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have. Overall good sized rooms, good location but overpriced.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. It is great Hotel, with a great location(5-8 min drive from Airport), and received service from all staff members. Everyone is extremly nice, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mandofo who was already very helpful prior my arrival until departure. The pick-up and return to the Airport was handled perfectly. The kitchen is 24-hours available and the lounge and dining area is stylish and modern and not too fancy which I liked. It is a great place to have business meetings. To make things better, I had a very spacious room, the private usage of Sauna and Steam was also great. I travelled a lot and never had such kind of great experience and their price is unbeatable! Wi-Fi worked good just in few corners not accessible. I will definitely book again there, thus it is definitely recommendable.

The Hotel is well-led with friendly staff, great service and modern interior design. We arrived in the middle of the night, but airport pick up and check in at 4 a.m. were no problem. The rooms are well-designed with comfortable beds and big showers. Breakfast offers a wide range of food which was good as well. Gym and sauna at the top floor were a nice amenity, the view is great! Overall a really pleasant experience.

Due to construction work and the near main road, it can be noisy at times. I nonetheless had no issues sleeping, but it might be noticeable for some people.

My flight was late and arrived at midnight. The hotel shuttle still picked me up free of charge and took me to the hotel where the checkin was kept open for my arrival and went smoothly. Great facilities with gym, hammam etc. The breakfast buffe was meager with mostly local food but the staff quickly made me an omelette.
