The staff and service was amazing! The food in the 1.st floor restaurant was excellent. I can recommend eating there instead of ordering from room service. My room was an accessible room in the 9th floor and it was just great. Breakfast was more like a proper meal than a breakfast; as I don't eat much in the morning the breakfast price was very high. Saying that the breakfast had a lots of choices and was excellent and good quality as well.

I don't know what went wrong, but I thought my booking included breakfast; upon arrival I was told the breakfast was not included so I needed to pay 20 dollars for each breakfast. Make sure to take a picture of your booking.com reservation to avoid confusion and paying extra. The in-room dining food was pretty plain compared to the tasty food in the restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful, tidy, clean and close to all necessities, close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets I thank all the staff at the hotel, starting with the lovely, classy and polite female receptionist with a lovely smile, as well as all the staff on the evening shift. I thank them very much for standing by my side when I got sick, so they treated me directly and took me to the hospital, and did not leave me until after they examined my situation and treated me and I returned with them to the hotel. I thank them all.... I realize that this hotel is my second home..... Thank you very much.....

- The hotel does not accept the Ethiopian Money for the payments of bills for the rooms during the checking out hrs especially when you don’t have enough USD Currencies . - The prices of services offered at bar increases during music performances band without any notification even tithe guests staying the same hotel .

The staff is professional and very eager to help outside their duties. I needed a rental car for the length of my stay and the staff in the reception counter arranged it and it was marvelous.

The only problem with me was the food. They serve all the meals ( breakfast, lunch, and dinner) in buffets and all the dishes didn’t go with me. I saw a lot of fellow hotel guests enjoying it but was difficult for me.

Good beds, large walk-in shower, lots of plugs. The service staff was very efficient and discrete and cleaned and tidied-up my room very nicely. Reception was friendly with fast check-in-out. Airport shuttle is a welcome facility. The hotel is in the center of the business districts with many cafés and restaurants nearby.

The windows do not open - however, as this part of town can be a bit dusty and polluted, it is not a big deal. Rug-floor is in need of replacement.

Warm and welcoming staff, excellent food, comfortable beds and great location! I had a great stay for a week while travelling on business. The staff were the real highlight of this hotel - so happy and helpful and kind. Special mention to Tsedinza, Kenona, Alena, Mitku and Birtukan for their hospitality.

Kind staff. The hotel did satisfy two requests: room far from elevator, and Airport shuttle for very late arrival. Breakfast is complete, including on demand eggs preparation. Bar lounge outdoor is enjoyable. Security is perceptible. Edna mall just across the street

the locations was great, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. try out the spa! after a long final tour day, I ran up the the spa to see if they had an opening before my flight out. I got a terrific massage for about $15, plus I was able to shower and freshen up before my flight out. I definitely recommend this hotel and spa.

The location is very convenient very close to the airport with shopping malls right outside. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very very friendly. The breakfast was amazing

For the price i PAID $80 it should include breakfast. There were alot of people loitering outside the hotel begging and hawking things making it a bit unsafe to be outside. My friend nearly got robbed
