The location is perfect: 7 to 9 minutes from Bole international airport. The free shuttle to and from airport (every full hour) is a plus. There are a good choice of malls, restaurants, cafes and clubs all within walk able range. A few supermarkets are close by too. Service is 10 out of 10 - from check in, to room service - everything was prompt and easy. Breakfast options are good and I think most people would be satisfied. The breakfast are itself is spacious and well lit. You can sit by the windows and get some morning sun. The restaurant and lounge bar downstairs offers a very decent range of food, very fairly priced and the quality is good. The rooms are carpeted so it gives a cozy feeling. The housekeeping is good. The general manager is always around personally ensuring things are run well - that is a very appreciated aspect.

The General Manager Dolf Groenewald does a fantastic job connecting with guests and walking around during meal times to ensure everything is going well. He probably asked me 2 or 3 times if I needed anything. I am very well pleased with my stay.

I had to arrive one day earlier than previously booked. Someone on my team called the hotel and made the change to my reservation, but when I arrived, the reception desk had no idea about the change. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me. 2 other minor situations indicate that the communication between the reservation team and the reception teams needs some improvement.

Everything about this stay greatly exceeded my expectations. The driver who picked me up at the airport was very welcoming, helpful and professional. I accidently left belongings on the bench at the airport and he graciously drove me back to retrieve them (they were where I left them!). The front desk and check in process was very welcoming. The room was superb. The restaurant adjoining the hotel served a wonderful dinner. The buffet breakfast was incredible and had a very wide selection. The general manager spoke to everyone. I would come back to this one.

There was not anything that I did not like.

I mostly enjoyed the friendliness of the staffs, they were exceptional. In the breakfast room, at the reception, at the lounge, it was all perfect with the staffs. Staffs like, Samuel, Getahun, Alem, Rsbika, Meski, Nardos, Birtukan,Chef Alem, and Mitikli were all exceptionally friendly. They constantly make you feel welcomed and well.

I also like the way Memberu handled my check in. He actually remembered my name from my last stay there a year ago. He made sure i got a good space and arranged a Welcome back cake, which was a very nice touch.

All i like noting to unlike

The hotel is located in city center. Room was spacious with a nice balcony and basic amenities. Fridge was empty, no complimentary drinks except coffee and a coffee machine. The staff was very friendly and at service in no time. Thanks to Meskerem, Navdi, Orange and Yohannes from Home restaurant, much appreciated your service with everlasting smile

Exhaust in the bathroom had some issues causing the bad odor in the room. Limited no. of water bottles per day. Traditional food is not good at all. I have ordered Lamb Tibs with Injera, both were chilling cold and can't chew. Spa was always busy, visited multiple times but didn't get a chance, needed to book in advance which I didn't know.

Everything! I was blown away by the service, the welcome, the facilities, the location, the breakfast, the food, everything. I had some specific requests as a breastfeeding/pumping new mother, and the team went out of their way in advance and during my stay to meet my needs, and were lovely and natural about it. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and quiet even if the road outside is quite loud. The breakfast was amazing and varied, I couldn't eat everything I wanted to as there were too many options! I tried the restaurant, the gym and even the baked goods, and everything was on point.

I have nothing negative to say.

Perfect Hotel. Perfect location because its only 5 minutes by car from airport and they offer a pick up service for free. All the stuff in the hotel is super friendly. For us it was the best decision, because we were starting our Ethiopia trip from Addis and always back to Addis. So we stayed 3 times in a week for just a night. The service, the food, the hotel and location is stunning. Ofc you can get a half price hotel but be careful with other cheaper hotels, mostly they are in some strange areas ect.

The staff and service was amazing! The food in the 1.st floor restaurant was excellent. I can recommend eating there instead of ordering from room service. My room was an accessible room in the 9th floor and it was just great. Breakfast was more like a proper meal than a breakfast; as I don't eat much in the morning the breakfast price was very high. Saying that the breakfast had a lots of choices and was excellent and good quality as well.

I don't know what went wrong, but I thought my booking included breakfast; upon arrival I was told the breakfast was not included so I needed to pay 20 dollars for each breakfast. Make sure to take a picture of your booking.com reservation to avoid confusion and paying extra. The in-room dining food was pretty plain compared to the tasty food in the restaurant.

Service at the lounge was bad. Took an hour to get food... while only two other tables had food (from 7-8pm). There was live music (Saturday) but the volume was so high it was like a rock concert in a stadium, not dinner music. Also we got a room without breakfast but had the option to pay 20 dollars for it, or 15 with a special offer. That is a very high price in Ethiopia.
