The facilities were very good. The pool was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times, couldn't fault this with them.

No cooking facilities available. The restaurant food was disappointing and the breakfast was limited in its offerings compared to the Gateway Hotel which has an amazing menu all day. We were also told to ring reception if we needed anything but there are no phones in the rooms (we booked 3 villas). Reception called us a taxi (we think?) and we waited for 1 hour and reception had told us their shuttle would take us and it cost us $180 return to the Sheraton for a pre-wedding dinner. The next night we rung a taxi ourselves for the wedding and it only cost $80 return - feel so ripped off.

Location is very convenient as it's right across the road from Nadi Airport. There was a free Tokatoka bus transporting people from the airport to the resort. The room was comfortable and a great size for a family of 4. The pool is always a hit with the kids, especially the slide.

The food was quite bland. The chicken in the kids menu had no seasoning whatsoever. The battered fish in the fish and chips meal was also the same. Fries were the only thing we enjoyed.

The hotel is very close to the airport, there is the pool, and large recreational facilities good for families with children. my kids love it. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy.

Restaurant are expensive, the dinner is too little. my 4-year-old son ate a 35 dollars bbq dinner adult set, he still hungry, then I ordered a French fries fried chicken.

Nice property in a great location, very central to everything we wanted to do in Fiji. Pool with a slide was great for the children. Meals were ok but lacked much variety. Waitresses and bar staff were very good.

Air[port shuttle that was pre booked was not there on our arrival as promised, two phone calls and 1 hour later is still wasn't there, so we took a taxi. Rooms were not ready on our arrival waited in the reception for over an hour, still not ready, went to the pool area to wait for another hour in the cool. No offer of a complementary drink or anything.

very close to the airport. actually only a 5 minute walk. Easy to take a bus down town to the market etc the staff were lovely.

the pool was cold. the free breakfast was below average. the restaurant food was pretty good. Fiji is expensive. this is not specific to this property. just in general.

We waited for 1 hour for the shuttle bus and ended up getting a taxi. This happened last time we stayed also.

This might be a long review, so hang tight. To enjoy your stay here, make sure your expectations match what the hotel offers. Some people had issues over small things, which seems very subjective. After going through the reviews and staying there myself, here's what I found: Good Points: The staff here is fantastic! Every single person treated us exceptionally well, always kind and putting in their best effort every day. Service is really important to me, and they nailed it. The room looks exactly like the photos—spacious, airy, and the air conditioning works perfectly. That's a huge plus! The pool area is one of the best parts! Having a covered section is rare and makes a huge difference. It’s a great feature! Great location! We checked out a bunch of hotels while shuttling people around, and this one is the best for quick access to the airport.

Not-So-Good Points: It's not the hotel's fault, but there's nothing around it. No nearby supermarket—you'll need a taxi or a 30-minute walk. Limited restaurant options nearby. The hotel's restaurant is decent, and the friendly staff made the food better than it actually was. Lots of frogs, especially after 8 pm. It bothered me, but not my husband. Might not be everyone's cup of tea. I had a cockroach in my room. Personal fear, but the staff gave us spray, and it didn’t return. Overall, it's a good hotel that I’d recommend to everyone!

Staff lovely, we had a family room and it was great, good place to spend a night or 2 when transferring to the Islands> Beds were comfortable and kitchen good, really good airport transfer. Pool is great for kids and nice that it is by the bar and restaurant

Restaurant food was not great. Unfortunately had many better meals cheaper elsewhere, staff were lovely but we after 60mins of waiting we had to ask where it was, staff were very prompt once they found out.

It was a lovely, open property filled with gardens which made it feel so relaxing. The pool/restaurant area was so nice and also open and lush. It was easy to want to sit there all day. Restaurant and bar open hours were amazing and there was very little time you couldn’t be served. All charges went to the room so it was nice to not have to deal with money throughout the week. I was very happy staying in this one hotel my whole 9 day stay. I got comfortable and the location was quite good. 3 min walk to the airport, short drive to a supermarket, petrol station and other food places. Easy access to other hot spots in Nadi. The resort also handled the incoming cyclone Mal exceptionally. The whole property was tidied and back to normal in no time.

My room was never quite cleaned and made up the same each time I asked for my room to be made up, which was only every second or third day. I’d get a different arrangement, or something not replaced (towels)or something not actually cleaned (used glassware was left in the bathroom sink) . But I was still very comfortable and those things were easily sorted out.
