Easy to find, pet friendly - pets are welcome for a fee (20 euro), a lot of green areas outside to walk dogs, there is a treat bag for dogs, a little bowl and towel for dogs, and it is possible to park in front of the hotel, the AC was not working but as it was cold outside we could open the window. Comfortable bed. There were a lot of Asian tourists so when we returned from our morning walk with the dogs we were like celebrities - everyone wanted to chat with us, pet dogs and take pictures :D Breakfast was nice - they had pineapple juice :P

Too much furniture in the room. There was construction in the parking lot and asphalt was gone by the time we had to leave.

Staff at reception were welcoming, helpful and super friendly. I think the bed could be the most comfortable bed I've actually ever slept in - perfect night's sleep every night. Parking was plentiful and the hotel was really pet friendly! A goody bag for each of my two dogs on arrival was such a thoughtful gesture. The location was great - easy public transport or drive to Helsinki.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel is in Espoo, about 10km from the Helsinki City Centre. If you are visiting the university, it is a great place to stay. The Aalto university Metro is however only about 15 min away, and then about 20 min metro to the city. Metro is excellent - clean, fast, on time, regular etc. The location is right next to the sea, in a very quiet area. A running/walking trail extends from the hotel for about 7km around the sea - very nice to run. A nice supermarket is at the Metro, as well as an Espresso House (very nice coffee chain in Scandinavia). The room was very good, with everything that one needs, including an ironing board. An excellent design feature was a warm air vent in the cupboard, which dried the clothes in no time. The fitness area and sauna were very clean and neat, and everything worked well. The pool is quite large and was cristal-clear and clean. Breakfast was great - very large choice. Good coffee as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

On my last night, people with dogs moved into the room next to me. I was not aware that pets were allowed. The dogs barked many times, and apparently had to go in and out numerous times, including just before midnight, and at 5 am. Maybe the hotel can consider a seperate section for people with pets?

The room facilities are great, and the staff is nice and professional. They allow for late check-out without any charge, and the breakfast is not special but is good!

The room size is very small! The hotel restaurant was closed on holiday, and you had no choice around the hotel!

Great breakfast with a wide choice. Really helpful staff (thank you to whomever found me a band-aid!). The room was spacious and the amenities were plenty. Especially can advise to people with a visit to the Aalto university (5 min by car or a couple stops by public transport).

The room looked a bit old for the price but otherwise good.

Big TV in the room, additional chairs and tables, a big mirror, a teapot included, and a good bathroom, and check-in is available till 3 am. Very helpful stuff as we weren't ready to check out at 12 pm, so they gave us additional 30 mins, which was life-saving.

We didn't have toothpaste, so not having it in the room was a bit of a letdown, maybe adding a toothpaste package along with soaps and gels would be good. No food to buy in the fridge, we were a bit hungry at night, so having a small snack would be amazing.

The staff were knowledgeable, polite and friendly, and the hotel was modern, comfortable and visually appealing. However, the most standout feature was the food. The staff of Ranta's Bistro were amazing! Great service, and amazing food, both for breakfast and dinner. The vegan menu was especially delicious. I can't recommend them highly enough, and I hope this feedback reaches them.

The hotel is situated in a very nice and peaceful area. We lived in Helsinki for many years, so we knew to location. As parking a car in Helsinki is rather difficult and/or expensive, the Radisson Blue Hotel Espoo was the wisest choice with a large amount of parking place for free at the premise. The hotel is neat, clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the service was swift.

We arrived on a Sunday, and the reception immediately informed us that the restaurant was unfortunately closed. While this had zero impact on our journey and plans, it seems rather sad for the clients not having a vehicle to be stuck there without a restaurant within a reasonable distance.

Rooms are clean and the surroundings are calm. Staff is quite friendly and in general it's a good experience.

Breakfast has little variety. It gets boring after a couple of days. I would like to see more fresh options, salads and fruits. The beds are somewhat uncomfortable (synthetic fibers make it hot to sleep). Also I did not like that the staff keeps pushing you to join the bonus program.

The hotel area was great! Quiet and nice. Great views to the sea, and if you walk a little bit to the left from the hotel you'll find a beautiful forest road, great for an evening walk. Hotel staff was nice and chill. Room was clean and the bed was like a cloud. The pool, sauna and gym were in great condition and clean.

The bathroom had a strange echo, even though it was small and full. Didn't bother too much though. We went to the sauna half an hour before it closed, so it might have to do with it being on for so long but the sauna was way too hot. Everything in there was super hot to the touch, and the movable shower head was too short to spray cold water on the seats. Even the wood on the door handle was burning hot.
