This is a pretty new nice designed hotel (with a very fair price for Helsinki.) I requested a quite room and this is what I got - indeed, a very quite room on the 7th floor. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of good stuff (but missing deserts :) ) . Wellness center was nice with saunas on the roof with views. Check in and check out were available online

Rooms are small. No option to open windows. There was no table/desk in the room. Eventually, your bed converts into a desk, but for that you need to call someone. I didn't. There is a sink in the room (for what purpose?) - it would have been much better if there was a desk instead. The hotel is kinda far from the main attractions.

We can say, that we got what we expected. A tiny room, but well equipped. This hotel was just enough for one night before returning home via Helsinki airport. On-site self-check-in could be more fluent and intuitive, but we managed to get the keys ourselves, which helped us avoid quite a long queue at the reception. We appreciated the self-service mini café in the lobby area. We enjoyed an extra delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was also good and sufficient.

When booking the room, we selected the bit more expensive option with entrance to the roof-top spa, so it was slightly disappointing finding out at the hotel, that bathrobe and slippers were not included in the price and we had to pay an additional fee (15 EUR/person) for receiving them. The room we booked was a room, that could be converted into a workstation by lifting the bed, just perfect for those of us who need to work while traveling, however when we lifted the bed, we could see that the floor would deserve a good vacuum cleaning/mopping.

The hotel is stunning. The aesthetics throughout are gorgeous and it all feels very high end. The spa is amazing, we had no issues booking slots. The rooms are clean and nice, if a little small. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel and it takes 15 minutes to get into the city centre. Brilliant selection of food at breakfast!

Couple of things which you wouldn’t expect from a hotel with such a high end feel: - at breakfast, the coffee machine only made black coffee. If you wanted a latte, cappuccino etc you had to pay etc from the bar. I have never seen this in a hotel before. - even when you pay for spa access with the room, you still have to pay extra for a robe and slippers.. - no towels available in the spa.

Great location Clean and comfortable rooms, despite the small size of the room it was comfortable, convenient location of sockets on both sides of the bed. The light could be adjusted (morning, day and night) At night in the toilet the light is dim, which is very convenient! On the seventh floor there is a spa and a gym. The spa has three saunas, a jacuzzi, a pool with cold water and a pool with warm water. Breakfasts amazed with a very rich choice. There is a bar with very nice staff, a variety of drinks, a free pool table and board games. There are cozy places to work at the reception. From the sixth floor you can go up to the roof terrace, where from Friday to Sunday a DJ plays and drinks are served for an additional fee, you can relax with friends and watch the sunset. We would be happy to come back again!

I expected that I would be able to swim in a large pool, but it turned out to be waist-deep(

It's sort of a perfect deal at these prices: you get very nicely appointed, stylish rooms, good breakfast and, to top it off, the wellness area on the roof, with two log-house saunas, a steam room, a cold plunge pool, a swimming pool, and a sizable hot tub, with amazing views over the city.

Basically the only problem is that everyone else has also realised what a great deal this is. That means that the wellness area seems to be almost overcrowded all throughout the evenings, with people cramming hip-to-hip in the pools and saunas with drinks in hand, many also being very loud indeed. If you want a quiet, relaxing experience, you might want to look elsewhere. Breakfast is also super busy.

New, fresh, practical, excellent saunas (best in town?), comfortable beds.

The window-side bed is too close to that wall: very difficult to get out of that bed! The cutlery of the restaurant is surprisingly unpleasant and looks old and damaged. The coffee should be better/stronger (hard to get better brewed coffee in Finland..). It is too unclear what the difference is between a Standard, a Comfort and a Luxurious room is (on the website). The garage should be free of charge for hotel guests, or included in the room price as an option (and at a cheaper price for 24 hours).

Very comfortable, clean and cozy room with nice city view. Pretty good location in the quiet center and lots of different transport stops with easily reachable tourist places in Helsinki. Breakfast was amazing, food for all people with different preferences, with restaurant zone being nicely designed - very green and light. SPA zone was wonderful - has indoors and outdoors options, different types of saunas and amazing night view. Very nice staff, daily cleaning.

Would be nice to have a table in the room and microwave/something to heat up food. Also feel like bathrooms and equipment/shelves could've been reorganized in a more convenient way.

Spa area is great, there are many saunas, outdoor jacuzzi and even a cold pool! Breakfast has a lot of varieties! My favorites include brie cheese, blueberry juice, Karelian pastries and a selection of different hot foods! We booked the cheapest standard room and even that one had two sinks which was very convenient! Room was clean and towels replaced every day. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is overcrowded, had to queue to every pool the spa area, and to get any food or drinks at breakfast :( While I was queueing for coffee, my breakfast table was already cleaned and my food was taken away, so I had to queue for food again... Not very environmentally friendly to throw foods away like that! Outdoor jacuzzi was not in use in the morning.

Since our last stay the hotel has introduced charges for the wellbeing centre / Spa for those booking their comfort room. At 20 euro per person this was rather expensive!

I loved the fact it was easy to get to being outside of helsink centre, train or a bus and you are there. The spa was lovely and the view from the sauna at night was beautiful. Staff were fantastic, helpful and polite. This hotel was recommended by a friend who travels to Finland regularly and I couldn't fault the hotel it was much better than expected. Great price for room and spa access with breakfast included for the 4 days of my stay.

The room was a bit tight space I'd probably go for a bigger room on my next visit for a bit more comfort. But for being out all day and travelling and exploring it was somewhere to stay with the added bonus of spa access.
