large bathrooms are great; desk with plugs very helpful; large windows with lots of light! smooth check-in with the passcode; great location near the river & a 5 min walk from subway station.

beds/mattresses were not very comfortable; I was 1 person and didn't like that it was 2 single beds together, rather than 1 large bed...I kept falling into the crack between them... shower gets very messy very quickly because the doors don't close; also - the bathroom is very large which is nice, and the shower could have been bigger; strange (toxic) smells from the nail polish shop at the ground floor when one enters.

Good localization. The center can be reached on foot (20-30 minutes) or by tram. The hotel and rooms are clean. Fridge in the room. Comfortable dining room - shared by guests. Lots of common space. Large and comfortable bathroom. Our room had a great view from the window over the bay and Helsinki. Very pleasant area, good for walking. The service is friendly and helpful. Kitchen is available and is equipped decently.

The hotel has its own specificity - there is no reception, an automatic type of hotel. Check-in and check-out times need to be taken seriously - the door locks unlock exactly at 15:00. The entrance to the hotel is minimally marked, you have to be observant. The service is on site and can help in most situations. However, if you have more advanced questions, you must contact the manager. It is possible via WhatsApp, however, the waiting time for a response was several hours. When there are more guests, cutlery and dishes in the kitchen can suddenly run out. There are no free parking spaces in the area and the hotel parking is paid.

The entrance of the building was not very clear. It took us a long time to figure out which door it was. You have 2 columns that have signs hiisi hotel and a door ahead of them. We thought that this was the right door and tried to use the code with no luck of course. People may confuse the entrance because there are to many signs of the nails shop and you don't realise that this is the entrance to the building. Expecially when you are out in the cold it's not that nice. It took us more than half an hour in the cold to figure it out. The phone number didn't work. Nobody answered. We only found someone via live chat on Facebook.

I was initially surprised there was no receptionist to give me some basic orientation. Once I adjusted to the fact there was no receptionist, I was fine and figured things out. The room was very comfortable and well situated for us to get acquainted with Helsinki. I would definitely use the facility again

Actually nothing. I just needed to realize what "the model" was and be prepared to orient myself to a new city on my own. That is 100% my problem and I learned how to deal with it. We loved the heated floors. And the cleaining staff was very patient with us when we arrived early and did not know what to do.

I train at the facility that this just 3 floors down from the hotel, so the location is perfect. It is always clean and quiet, and it's within walking distance of a number of restaurants.

There is no breakfast available. I care for the coffee/tea options in the room. It would be nice to be able to wake up and have a place to get food or something. There used to be a shared kitchen and dining are with food stocked so I could make something, but my last visit it was no longer operating.

Hermetically clean facility with large handicap accessible bathroom. The room was cozy and I liked having the selection of several different pillows. It was also nice to have a coffee, tea and cocoa selection as well.

There was a vent in the ceiling which was had some constant soft wind noise. This was possibly because of the stormy conditions? Regardless, I slept fine. It was a little strange not seeing or hearing a single human during my one night stay. Some people might like this though.

transportation runs around hotel and it is well connected inspite of the isolated location tea and coffee facilities around the clock the room very efficiently furnished

the surrounding was a huge construction site, rough and dilapidated. it might be better looking in 2 years very confusing system of security and several entrances of which only one works and you have to find it. upon arrival that is not a big help

Everything was excellent. Rooms were clean and well ventilated. We had amazing views from suite balcony. One thing maybe to complain is that corridor balcony is right next to suite balcony and is not fully separated with glass wall so if hotell guests go there smoking it may come to rooms if you keep your balcony door open.

Was very easy and comfortable, location is excelente. Rooms are clean, good speed internet and the free coffee was an extra bonus . Definitely I will recommend.

The room was a little too hot for Summer 26C and the AC wasn't working.
