The breakfast buffet is exceptional - coffee is delicious, and every type of breakfast food conceivable seems to be available. Friendly staff, clean and beautiful rooms, even a sauna and gym (though I didn't use these). Right by two tram stops and you can see the water from across the road. Would definitely recommend.

There is a ramp to enter the hotel but it is for some reason really steep so wasn't much help for walking up and would imagine wheelchair users would find it really hard to use.

Car park in the building. Friendly and fast working staff. Got an excellent room when arriving at 1. pm. Good room on top floor as required. Very good bed, pillows and blankets. Nice view to the sea. Silent room to sleep. Nespresso coffee machine for self service, very good coffee. Complementary water bottles. Mini bar. Balcony. Good TV and lot of channels, easy to use. Air conditioner also easy to use. Wooden floor. Floor heating at the bathroom. Great breakfast in the morning, nothing missing there! Fresh juice, bread and other bakery products. Good fried bacon. No crowed at the breakfast plenty of space.

The toilet paper could have been softer! The pressure for the shower could have been better. Thats it.

the only thing was the heat or the rooms during the night. The warmth during the day was very appreciated however I’m from the Uk where temperature of bedrooms is lower so the room was bit too hot for me during the night. I raised this with staff and the maintenance person managed to turn it down/off for my final night which was a lot better and very much appreciated. the staff were very helpful throughout and did what they could

Great service to solve problems with booking details from booking.com. Good bed and breakfast.

Totally wrong information from Booking.com regarding our booking. When we booked 2 single rooms next to each other we were informed at the reception that we only have one double room for 2 persons. The hotel reception was kind to correct this and gave us the 2 rooms that we booked but first on 2 different floors. Anyhow he changed to higher standard rooms next to each other to make our stay good so he did a great job with customer service ! Anyhow Booking.com doesn´t really work very well as information doesn´t come correct to the reception.

Location is great if you need to be around western Helsinki. Can get around on foot as well since railway station is mere 15 mins away. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room on the top floor was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but mattress could have been a bit more harder. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choices for foods, and the restaurant itself was nicely decorated and a nice place to enjoy the breakfast. Got offered s late checkout at 18, which was great as could have a nap and freshen up before traveling.

Carpeted floors should be history by now. Shower door in the room was installed in a way that you were easily able to get the floor wet outside the shower itself.

Since we had to work, we went for this hotel, as we needed good Internet and enough space to work (we usually prefer smaller hotels). Internet worked fine, the staff was extreamly nice and friendly and the breakfast was also very good, with vegetarian/vegan options too. The location was also OK: there is a tram stop next to the hotel and you can reach the city centre in 10 min. by bike.

We didn't have a particuarly nice view (our room looked into a courtyard). The hotel is nice, but too big for our taste. Check in took a while.

“clean your own room policy” Arriving in the evening and, surprisingly, NO HOUSEKEEPING made in the room at all. Talking to the reception, I am told that I had to ask for it (that is not what is written in this policy url link https://www.radissonhotelsamericas.com/en-us/housekeeping “Housekeeping services will continue to be provided daily at all Radisson Blu locations”) Note was taken in reception and, day after, beds are not made. Bizarre. Is this a “clean your own room” policy? Making beds and cleaning has nothing to do with sustainability (I am happy to reuse my towels). Looks more like negligence or cost saving.

In Helsinki, we stayed in 2 Radisson Blue hotels (Seaside and Royal). Both have the same services but of completely different quality. The Royal has slightly bigger beds, but the building is old and ugly (completely different from the photos) and the staff in the restaurant is really unpleasant. Seaside is really really nicer with friendly staff and a REALLY GREAT breakfast (4 times more than in Royal). Many thanks

Extraordinary Breakfast Buffet, The beds and linens were very comfortable, the room size was compact for the price, Customer Service was excellent as they listened and tried to resolve your issues :-)

The Bathroom had no Toilet Paper and the Shampoo bottles were poorly attached to the shower wall resulting in them being unusable. I reported the issues to the front desk and they supplied me with the necessary items almost immediately.

The sea view was actually a side harbor view but I don’t think they had other rooms available at a short notice we’d given. The restaurant and the bar were closed but we were offered refreshments and could buy a bottle of sparkling wine; in any case, due to a wonderful gentleman at the reception all the negatives were smoothed out
