Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was so unique. I loved the forest trails, the kayaking and the day spa, all amazing.

I feel the day spa entry should be included for people with accommodation. Also the seal safari should be called a National park scenic boat tour since norppa seals are really only worth seeing around May/June.

The glass ceilings were amazing and provided a unique experience. Very comfortable bed. Varied and high-quality breakfast, very nice and welcoming staff. Walking on the frozen lake was an outstanding experience. The spa area is rich and well operated

There is no care kit in the room. The room is very crowded and there is no convenient place for luggage. Prices are a bit expensive. You can only enter the spa once.

-The spa is great! The staff there was super attentive and kind; -Beautiful surroundings; -The cottage was spacious!

-Pool in the spa is not that large; -I felt like there wasn’t enough instructions in the cottage (some switches had no function, where can you control the floor heating, etc.); -The cottage looked like it needed a deep cleaning and some maintenance (water kept leaking from faucet pipe and under bathtub, stains on the couch and rug, sauna heater wouldn’t heat properly).

The environment was beautiful, great extras and helpful staff at the activities. Awesome spa and good breakfast. Fresh rooms that are very nice to be in.

Pre arriving we i was unable to reach proper staff. No one responded on a request through booking.com and when i called them they at first did not answer and when they rang up it was someone who promised to give my number to reception for them to reach out. They never did. During our stay THERE everything was really GREAT, however just give some complementary capsules for the coffee machine. Strange mix of free stuff in spa and then wanting a euro per coffee capsule in room..

Hotel & Spa Resort Järvisydän is a special place you must definitely visit. We got a unique experience in a lovely area with all the necessary facilities. I would like to say additional thanks to the supportive staff who organize a small compliment as a birthday gift. Hope, I'll have a chance to stay there again in the summertime.

Absolutely loved all diverse outdoor activities possible! There's definitely an activity for anyone, from fat bikes, or ice-skating on the frozen lake, to relaxing in the spa and arranging a massage. It's a getaway that suits anybody!

I didn't really enjoy the food options, especially the candle lit dinner menu was strict and limited, as well as the breakfast options. Very little vegetarian options, unfortunately.

peaceful location, the spa was great and the views from the hut were good.

We had an ”iqlu” accommodation and one of the glasses perhe roof was broken which was a bit pity because of the view. The hut got really warm during the night and it was only 17 degrees outside so it can be pretty hot during warmer days.

One of the kind place, which has a lot of personality and character. Buildings were impressive and room was very comfortable.

Spa Area was a little bit confusing, there were common sauna area right next to men's and women's dressing room.

The atmosphere and the design of the resort is unique. The front desk staff is friendly. The chalet or the scenery suite we stayed at was cosy with huge roof windows and a comfy bed. Fireplace was an added plus to create a lovely atmosphere. I can highly recommend the restaurant, the dinner was delicious.

Amazing place, beautiful and quiet, helps to relax. Clean, staff are very friendly. Definitely would go back.

Spa itself wasn't what we expected, could be few more different saunas, aspecially for a winter time. Not much for children either.
