The hotel was OK. Breakfast was a classic buffet, but with the nice detail of including the traditional Tampere food, "blood sausages." The hotel is far from the city centre, but it is near an excellent area with football and pesäpallo fields, exercise machines, and a hidden but lovely beach.

The hotel has a slight problem with the door. You must use a bell, but the receptionist is not always there.

The view from the 6th floor was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The canteen downstairs was good and open late. The staff at the reception who received us were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Because the hotel is located in a hospital area and the hotel reception and the clinic waiting room share the same lobby, it felt less like a holiday at first. Breakfast was decent but it could be better for this price. Proper fresh bread, for example.

Staff were helpful and very friendly. Parking was great and not expensive, room was clean and comfortable. No noise or disturbance at all. Overall stay was top notch and I recommend the property I forgot the name of the staff member but she was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. Big thanks to you!

Lovely place, I stayed in Tampere after a Ryanair flight landed too late for me to get to Turku (where I was heading) and this hotel was reasonably priced, a bit further away but that was not an issue for what I needed. Easy to get the tram to Tampere the day after. Everything worked well, staff were super helpful etc.

N/A - if I had to pick one thing it is the windows don't open but that is the case for many or most hotels.

Nice clean spacious room, with a lovely wet room.

Location was OK easy to get to and from via local tram, didn't like lack of flexibility upon arrival of early check in.

Breakfast was included. The room was spacious but I think it's because it was meant for disabled person. The room was clean and cozy.

Bathroom was customized for disabled person and the shower wasn't as easy to use because of that. The water could have been warmer.

Overall a very nice and comfortable hotel, good location directly by the tram 1 leading into town. Breakfast was good.

The sofa had stains but other than that the rooms were clean. The beds were a bit too soft for me, but this is always individual preferences so not sure a hotel can do much about it.

Decent breakfast with different options. Everything was available but the choice was not that big. At some mornings there is a small time window where some items are missing or not ready yet - overall all good.

You should be aware that the hotel is located in the middle of the hospital center. There are not many shop options in walking distance and car should be used if you want to get decent groceries for yourself.

A proper breakfast which gives you the fuel for the activities and the location was perfect for my purposes (under 2 km's walk to the Hakametsä Ice Stadium). Lots of park places and from Friday evening to the Monday morning the parking is free of charge.

There was nothing bad or disturbing.

Everything was ok, breakfast was brilliant, Wi-Fi connection very good, staff as well. Overall satisfaction very high.

I cannot complain anything.
