A very comfortable hotel, big but so well-designed and managed that you don’t feel it. Spacious room and bathroom, good lighting, comfy bed, fab breakfast, faultless wifi, nice staff. The fastest elevators I’ve seen, which does make a difference. Free bike rental was a big perk!

Still 10/10 (bonus points for the bikes) but a 4* hotell should offfer more amenities than just shampoo and soap. Hair conditioner and body lotion are a standard.. (Would have loved a proper coffee machine in the room, too).

The hotel looked new and modern. I loved the rooftop bar with nice staff members and beautiful views to many sights of the city. Location was great.

Overcrowded breakfast place, with some ingredients missing at times (e.g., one day no eggs at all, another - no tomatos). Similarly, they seemed to have shortage of personnel at the restaurant in the evening. It took too much time to be seated and served.

We booked a superior king room which was located on the sixth floor. We didn't hear any noises from the construction works (there were major construction works on the main square right next to the hotel during our stay; July 2022). The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was really nice and we enjoyed the ease of connecting our devices to the hotel tv and the spotless streaming. Breakfast was really great with lots of choices. Staff was very friendly. We would happily stay here again when in Turku.

I am going to be very picky here: there was a queue for the check-in when we arrived (took some 15 min) and breakfast could have done with some salmon (it's Finland after all). Otherwise no negative remarks.

Very good renovation, and atmosphere very nice. Reception staff super friendly and helpful, specially Lotta. As far as hotel facilities usually are, this hotel had a well-equipped gym..

Breakfast was very nice; however, it would have been even better if pancakes and croissants were kept warm. We would have liked a better coffee machine and coffee in the room (we like a cup first thing in the morning, before heading down for breakfast). The Torni bar entrance on roof-top a bit messy and unorganized...glass on balcony not kept clean. Some extra plants and/or lights would have made it more fun & festive.

The new Hamburger Börs Hotel in Turku was inaugurated just a few months prior to our visit and consequently everything was new. Good and stylish materials had been used in the room. There was ample space for storage, bathroom included. The design of the restaurant/breakfast room was a bit sombre, though. The breakfast buffet selection was very good, typical Scandinavian. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar. The front desk personnel was polite and most helpful.

Construction work at the nearby Kauppatori square was still in full swing in May '22. We had to remind the reception about the undone room cleaning once.

Good location (at the Market Square), very friendly and efficient staff, sauna included in the room price, TV with extra cabling and a slot box to connect guest's own multimedia player or pendrive, very clean and well-isolated room (quiet despite ongoing construction works on the Square).

Despite recommendation, the room was too small for 3 people - foldout bed in a double room will not do without an extra space

The room was new, clean and spacious. Everything worked perfectly. The pillows were extremely comfortable. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Not cheap but would recommend.

The fire alarm went off early in the morning which was very disruptive. Apparently it was something to do with the kitchen.

The hotel is new (or after refurbishment) and is both very conveniently located and comfortable.

-1 point for dismissing my request before arrival to shorten my stay from 4 to 3 days. They are not obliged to do so, but it’s not 10/10 customer experience. Also -1 point for room cleaning. I have never seen cleaning like that in any of hundreds of hotels I stayed at, it’s a joke.

The receptionist was amazing and let us into our rooms as soon as we arrived; we had just come from the overnight ferry from Stockholm; it was very early and we were very tired so it was amazing to rest in the room a little before we started the day and much much appreciated. The breakfast was also wonderful; the hotel was beautiful and the room and facilities were great.
