The hotel is super convenient to the vibrant cafe & restaurant scene along the Aura River. I'm a walker and even with a heavy backpack it was an OK experience walking into town from the ferry terminal. My room had a kitchenette that I underutilized because I was only there a couple of nights and ate out. There is a school converted to a brewery just across the street in one direction and a food market in the other. There is a wine shop in the same block. What else could be required? The hotel is located a block from the central square, where (at least in summer) there was a variety of outdoor coffee shops to get things going. That square is also the hub for the very good bus system.

The check-in could be quirky if you aren't used to that kind of thing, but even in a tired state of mind, I found it easy to navigate. The information I needed was reliably received by text. So nothing I didn't like, but just something to be aware of.

Checking in and out was extremely easy. You receive a code that opens the doors, neither key nor card needed. The room was very nice and clean, spacious, and the bed was comfy. The kitchenette was well equipped and offered everything needed to cook a meal, but the hotel is located in such a way that you also have plenty of options to eat out. My room had a small table and two chairs. The bathroom was big and spotless, great shower! I rarely heard someone, very calm. You can do your own laundry in a separate room down the hallway, and they even provide free detergent and multiple drying racks. If you want to clean your room during your stay, you can use their cleaning supplies as well. I came with the ship, and it took me around 10 minutes by bus to get to the hotel. It's an 8-10min walk to the station, and within only a minute in the opposite direction, you're at the canal where you can sit and relax. Most attractions are close-by, and a shopping centre and a few supermarkets are within a 5min-walk.

The chairs, unfortunately. They're not made for people with thick thighs. :)

Clean, compact (all one can need in a limited surface), comfortable (bed a little small though and blankets could be thicker/warmer), easy to move furniture according to one's need/use (couple or family members or friends), floor heating in the bathroom, curtains blocking the light. Friendly reminder of check out time in the morning.

Our code did not work when we arrived at the hotel. We were lucky the watchman was doing his tour and helped us call the service and get a new code. It still took a good half hour, which seems long when you're tired after a long day. Check out time is a bit early. We would have liked to have an option of late checking (around 2pm for example, even for an extra fee!). Too many messages sent on my email !!! asking for ID details I had already given. Minimizing the number of emails would be a must. Also offering the option for emails in english as I stressed out everytime I received one (since I don't understand finnish and had to go through ggogle translate exach time. Quite unpleasant).

The apartment was very clean when I checked in. It is well equipped and everything functioned well. The location is excellent, with well with several well-equipped supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is on the third floor with an elevator.

It was mostly customer service. They made several mistakes with my reservations which took me several long telephone calls to make it right. Rooms should have at least some cleaning options during the stay (something I could borrow and return, for example).

Very clean and spacious apartment in excellent location. Good shower, comfortable beds and good wifi and TV. Well equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen roll, tea towel etc.). Easy contactless check-in, received the door code by SMS and email. Good value for money and would stay again.

There was no toaster nor proper table for dining, just a side tabletop with two chairs. Dishwasher isn't really necessary considering that the room is for two people and there are only two sets of everything; That space could have been used better.

Location was brilliant - close to supermarket and other shops. Central for restaurants, bars, etc. River a short walk away. Nice, bright room. Very well equipped. Clean bathroom. Sufficient room, but nowhere sensible for suitcase.

There was a loose socket which I avoided using. My brother's room on the other side was darker and had unopenable windows. It was also a bit overlooked. There were a couple of stains on the cushion covers and rug.

Great location, clean room, effortless entry into building/room with code. Online identity verification required uploading pictures of ID & selfies and took some time. No staff was present

Windows did not open. AC/heating was a a bit noisy running on lowest setting

Location was amazing, room was comfortable and clean. We had trouble with the door codes, there seemed to be different codes to all three doors, which was a little painful to remember them all.

Really wonderful room, very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen island and beautiful bathroom. Right in the centre of Turku.

Unfortunately there are some rather unsavoury types that hang around the shopping centre where the hotel is located, and some were trying to follow us into the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel at all, but slightly offputting.

The room was clean and spacious with everything you could need during your stay. The location is excellent with easy access to everything.
