You don't get any breakfast - though the company has agreed a deal with a nearby cafe. I didn't use this because the room had a fridge - I bought smoked salmon and rolls when I arrived from nearby supermarket for breakfast. If I'm not confusing Turku with the Tampere hotel, this one was better appointed, with a modern bathroom, and as it was a top floor room it had a very large roof window. Fantastic uninterrupted view of a stormy sky when I was there. Cosy and dramatic at the same time!

The entrance to the property was a bit out of the way in a sort of alley off the street. No real problem though. As with the other Omena hotels I used it was just a couple of minutes walk from the city centre.

We’ve got a beautiful and large room. Our room was prepared for people with disabilities so maybe that was the reason it was so spacious. But I hope the other rooms were also this big. The view from the window was amazing. Easy checkin with no staff (that’s a plus and a minus)

It’s that type of bed where they have two beds pushed together so you realize in the morning that you have a huge gap in the middle. The entrance (outside of the hotel) was a bit too dirty. No staff.

The arrival was easy, rapid and convenient. The process is contactless, and you get all the needed information before your arrival. The room was larger than I expected, with a nice view on the Turku Cathedral. Everything was clean, well equipped and quiet. Overall a great choice if you stay in Turku for a weekend or more, as the hotel is well located downtown, and only 15min walk from the University (if that is of interest for you).

Very clean and with all the basics. The room is very confortable. The hotel is very well located, next to the river and to the center. The rooms are recently renovated. There's a little fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine in the room.

I'm not sure if I like the fact that you don't see staff in the hotel. I find it always nice when someone welcome you.

The hotel is very centrally located in Turku, the description of the hotel corresponds to reality. The room is spacious. I find it very convenient that there is a microwave, a small fridge and a kettle in the room. The room was very clean, with plenty of towels, even the organic waste is separated! I felt very comfortable here.

Clean and convenient, great location, easy self check-in. Fridge, kettle and microwave oven are of help, paper cups and wooden spoons are available. Comfy beds, quiet room.

Would be even nicer if there were some cutlery and plates-cups. I had to get some from store.

Very spacious room in prime location. The automated check in worked perfectly.

The street in front of the hotel is rather noisy in the evening due to some bars/restaurants with outdoor seating. The shower does not have any curtain or door so the whole bathroom gets wet while showering.

Great place, especially for this price. Located in the city centre, clean and cozy room and common areas, nice staff. Good food in the breakfast/lunch restaurant.

We hired bikes that weren't in such good condition, we had to go back and change bikes a couple of times before we found two that were ok. Great that they have bikes though!

The location is perfect.In the heart of the town.Clean and spacious room.

The check in is at 16.00!!!If you want to check in earlier you have to pay! It would be more honest to charge the room more and have a reasonable check in time!

The entrance route from the street is off-putting down the alley so we didn’t really want to go in - this feeling is heightened by the lack of a reception and no staff members. Please provide a staffed reception until maybe an hour after the ferries arrive.
