Very satisfied with the hotel! Location right in the heart of the city. Very friendly staff. My wife and I booked a room on our wedding day and the hotel management gave us a very nice gift in the form of a romantic room decoration, bed decoration with rose petals, cold champagne and sweets for free. And even wrote a greeting card. It was very, very nice! Thanks a lot! Separately, I was pleased with the Rituals brand cosmetics. The breakfast at the hotel is very good.

The room was beautiful, the bed very cozy, and the couch the perfect spot to wind down and read for hours. Breakfast was really good (only suggestion would have been to vary it a bit, e.g. the selection of fruit). The gym was great, and the saune fantastic (but tiny, 2-3 people max at a time - but I had it to myself when I went). The restaurant (Gunnar) is also excellent. Perfect location to explore the city. Can definitely recommend!

When checking in I was assigned a twin room instead of the single room I booked. However, the mistake was quickly corrected once I noticed and made the receptionist aware, and I believe I was then assigned a larger room than the one I had booked (King room?). The gym is great but really crowded (in terms of equipment), so the maximum of people to train with free weights is 2-3, and nit everyone would have a mirror. Maybe some rearrangement of cardio equipment and shelves could help free up some space and allow for more movement?

Location was pretty much perfect. The room was modern and was very spacious and luxurious. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly. The handsoap, shampoo, and body lotion were from rituals and were really nice.

Perhaps too many pillows that werent that comfortable. On a friday night noise from drunk people and loud cars did seep into the room despite being on the top floor. The light from the temperature control was way too bright and doesnt switch off at night therefore illuminating the room (had to cover it with a bathrobe).

Location was ideal, right in the center of Turku. The breakfast was superb. I’ve never seen such a selection of delicious choices. The room was elegant, and I appreciated the rain shower, a special extra.

My only complaint was that I could just barely tell that someone in the next room was talking. It was barely audible, but I’m surprised that in such a fine hotel I could hear anything.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the room was comfortable, big, clean and modern. The breakfast was amazing, there were a lot of different things to choose and everything was top quality. Also the restaurant was good, the ambience was nice and the meals were a little bit small but overall good. The staff was very available and kind. We'll surely come back to this Hotel for our next business trip to Turku!

The room was well cleaned overall, but at my arrival I found some hair on borders of the toilet, they may have been missed by the cleaners.

Great service, all requests were answered and taken care of immediately and without extra charge. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Slept perfectly well on matress. Outstanding breakfast.

We would have loved to be able to switch off the air conditioning, since it was not necessary.

Highly recommended hotel. We stay one night since we have an early flight and it was a wonderful discovery. Extremely kind staff, beautiful facilities. We loved the sauna area and all the details. Breakfast was outstanding, we could drink their apple and ginger juice every morning.

Beautiful 1920's style hotel and room. Very comfortable and upscaled room, bed and pillows felt luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and offered amazing variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was absolutely great, very good location, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with everything you could possibly want. The reception staff were particularly helpful when I urgently needed a computer. That was above and beyond the call of duty.

The breakfast was amazing! One of the best we have ever had anywhere. The service at the front desk was extremely accommodating and the rooms were wonderful. We did not have a chance to try the gym/spa, but they looked great as well. The location is perfect for the town center and train station.
