We were doing a 3 week biking tour through Europe, (EuroVelo 15); and flying into and out of Frankfurt with our bike boxes. I emailed them ahead of time to ask if it would be ok to assemble our bikes in the room. They emailed back and saw that I had a second reservation in 3 weeks and said assembling the bikes in the room is fine; and we could also store our bike boxes in their luggage room for the 3 weeks. It was great to be able to store all the packing materials, tools, and our boxes for our trip rather than try to find boxes before our flight home. The staff even offered to get us luggage carts from the airport and bring them to the hotel on our return. Over the top service, and convenient distance from the Airport.

The location is incredible if you are going to be using Terminal 1. The hotel is attached to the terminal a person can walk from the hotel to the airport.

There were 5 elevators in the lobby and only one seemed to be working. There would be a long wait for the elevator and then too many people would try to get in. Something that was very sticky was on the floor which made it worse. There was some confusion about parking, they told me to contact the airport parking. When we got there we couldn't use airport parking, we luckily met an employee that was able to get us a spot in the hotel parking.

What I liked about the hotel: Location, breakfast, room, hotel restaurant for dinner, the fact that the hotel had a gym, exceptional staff, on site parking, internet speed.

I had asked to arrive before 3 due to traveling with a pet and was told I’d simply have to book another day if I wanted to arrive before 3pm.I understand that’s the policy, but with a hotel of that size I found the no wiggle room policy a bit odd. However, that is just a minor complaint amongst an overwhelmingly positive review. I’d easily stay at the location again for a variety of reasons.

Great facilities, they even had a kettle and tea in the room which was super helpful for curing my cold.

The reception staff is diverse: whereas the overnight reception lady was very helpful by check out, the staff who checked me in ignored me flagging a mistake in country of residence in their invoice, which is different from country of citizenship (booking.com actually had it correct and this was also ignored). So the final receipt still has the same mistake and hopefully the airline accepts it as the refund claim evidence.

This hotel is directly at the Frankfurt Airport opposite Terminal 1. The room was comfortable and once you orienteered yourself it was pretty easy to get around. If you were flying International you needed Terminal 2. The lounge was nice, we had lunch - rather pricey, but you pay for the convenience.

Finding the place to park while checking in was quite difficult. Better signage is needed. The room charge was very reasonable as long as you didn't need breakfast. They wanted $35.00 for breakfast! There was a bus to T2 but getting to it was not easy - no elevator from hotel level to street level. The escalator was very long! Tough to manage with multiple bags.

I was there one night to catch early flight out of frankfurt. Served the purpose. Clean, helpful, professional staff. Clean room, comfy bed. All good

No signs to guide you to the side road entry to the hotel. I had to circle the airport 5 times. Reception said it’s the laws in Germany they are not allowed to out signs. Interesting 🤔 then perhaps send an email and help your guests. If you take the parking lot entry that says polizai or something then go to the end, there is the entry. Voila problem solved ☺️ Yo be fair same problem returning rental car. Frankfurt airport is a CHALLANGE. Google is lost too lol

Perfect stay if your flight got canceled and need to stay close to the airport. The breakfast is really good, the rooms are clean and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. It is great that you don't even need to walk out from the airport to get to the hotel.

A couple of things I think should be worth improving: - waiting in line for check-in can be rather chaotic and a long wait. Should have a separate line for not check-in purposes - although here it said that "Free Wifi" this only applies if you are a Marriot member otherwise you need to pay for it, which is quite a disappointment - we had to ask multiple times for the server to come and take our lunch order even though there were not so many customers and quite a lot of staff but once this happened, everything went quickly and smoothly.

The lady at the check in desk was not polite and she did not make me feel welcomed.

Midway between airport and train station, we could take all our luggage from the conveyor belt in the airport into our room, and down to the train station without any obstacles. That's brilliant! Great bed, great useful pillows, no merely decorative blankets or pillows, great shower, power plug next to bed, reading lights, excellent soaps, mirrors, hair dryer.

There is only one elevator row at one end of the building, and our room was at the opposite end, resulting in a VERY looooong walk.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the years - it is so convenient as it is located at the airport and can be reached on foot. Great for transit stop for early flights the next day. We have been quite satisfied with our meals at the restaurant, though we did not eat there on this occasion. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We booked a queen room and they upgraded us to a king at no charge.

Can't think of any negatives. A very convenient location and a satisfying one night stay in transit.
