I have been coming here every year for the last 5 years . Love this hotel . Very chilled out relaxed vibe . As a solo traveller they make you feel so welcome . The rooftop bar and pool is spectacular. The spa is so relaxing and very well kept . The staff are always smiling and friendly and helpful .

WiFi could be stronger .

I’ve stayed here many times. The rooms, pool, spa, rooftop bar and breakfasts are excellent 👌🏼Some staff, particularly the pool staff, are super friendly.

The hotel needs a refresh. Some aspects are looking tired and this makes the room rate seem very expensive compared to when it first opened. Also, not all staff are friendly.

I've stayed here three times now so I know that the hotel is lovely. My welcome was very nice, though I did notice there are fewer staff around. My room was very nice and I appreciate the little walls around the terrace, making it more private. I liked having a tub as well as a shower. The rooms are nicely sound-proofed. This is a very good feature of the hotel build.

On arrival only ONE of the 4 lifts was working. This was a bit of a shock. The water pressure in room 307 (my room) was very weak indeed. The confusing tech in the room is now becoming so old and annoying ; switching the lights on and off, the aircon button, the curtains button, are all placed on one metal panel and this tech feature is looking old and faded now . Final moan: I had two telephones in my room, neither of which actually worked! One evening I wanted ROOM SERVICE. I tried to call but, since the phone didnt work I actually went down to reception to order room service...which is a bit daft really, isn't it? On arrival my toilet was not particularly clean .

A wonderful location with a short walk along the promenade to the marina and restaurants. Excellent and friendly staff. Nice pool. Good spa. Amazing breakfast with tasty a la carte options. Wonderful birthday gift of fizz and cake with hand written note. Lovely touch.

Not true 5* quality. Property a bit tired in places. Bedrooms not exactly dressed as photos. Needs a deep clean. Broken tiles around pool. Loose flagstones/flooring. Online prices and info like WiFi code out of date. Got overcharged in roof top bar Maymanta. Had to query. Got 2 random calls to our room. One at 5.15am that frightened the life out of us. No one on other end. Very bizarre.

Lovely quiet location within easy walking distance of the town, shops, bars and restaurants Lovely relaxed atmosphere and very stylish decor in restaurants and bars Great views from rooftop bar and room balcony overlooking pool and marina especially lovely views of town lit up at night

Spa a little dated - good facilities but needs a freshen up in some areas where tiles broken and damp patches on ceiling Also could do with a pool table or large screen for showing sports or films to keep teenagers entertained as not much for them

Good buffet style breakfast with a choice of everything you would expect, and items cooked to order if required. A little hectic at times. Tables outside were plagued by seagulls swooping in if tables werent cleared quickly . Staff did the best they could to prevent this happening. Spacious room with good sized shower bath and balcony and comfortable beds. Cleaned every day by friendly staff. Really Really excellent spa and gym. Excellent bar and restaurant facility near pool, with excellent service for drinks and food delivered to sunbed.

Hotel policy on reserving sunbeds needs to be reviewed and enforced. A time period ( say 45 min to one hour) put on reserving sunbeds. Towels and bags were being put onto sunbeds with nobody using them for 3 or 4 hours. The fridge in our room was not working, maintenance visited 3 times but was unable to fix it. They should have just changed the fridge. We had no fridge for the whole of our stay. Excellent location with just a short walk to the marina with a good choice of restaurants. Entry/exit to pool via steps was precarious with loose tiles and needs to be looked at, and new non-slip tiles installed.

It was luxurious. The pool on the roof and the main pool along with the spa were all outstanding. I like the Cava when we arrived and we were sent up to our room with a bottle, which was a lovely gesture.

When we arrived, very tired the guy on reception had trouble finding my payment for the room and I had bought the weekend away as a 50th bday treat so the last thing I wanted was my husband to feel like their was a problem with the payment. He couldn’t sort it that night and said it’ll probably be ok but I had to chase with the staff member who had sent me the link to pay on WhatsApp the next day so there was no follow up to reassure me either, I had to go to them.

The staff were so friendly, I sometimes worry taking my two boys to 'nicer' hotels but I never felt like we were any trouble and that was all because of the amazing staff. The hotel was spotless and our room was very spacious. It was a perfect location for us within a ten minute walking distance to the harbour/beach but nice and quiet where the hotel is. The breakfast was the best we've ever had in a hotel with plenty of options of self serve or made to order - again the hotel were really accommodating of our two sons specific waffle and pancake requests!! :) would absolutely stay again.

When in Ibiza, it doesn’t get better than the Aguas de Ibiza. Rooms were spectacular, staff is unmatched, specially Franco - at the front desk. This guy is something else. Talk about someone going out of the way to ensure your stay is comfortable- that’s Franco for you. The spa - I haven’t seen anything better in all of my world travel.

The F&B could be better but having said that it’s not bad at all. Anyway there are so many restaurants once you walk down to the marina that you’re spoilt for choice. The hotel itself has a rooftop restaurant which I missed out on visiting. I believe that is exceptional

The room was fantastic, beautiful view, and the adult only pool and bar on level 5 was wonderful. We didn't have time to use the spa but the facilities were amazing, and the restaurants were superb. Breakfast which we paid for to have included was incredible with a vast choice to suit any diet or preference. The hotel is a really lovely stroll away from the marina which is alive and buzzing with restaurants and bars.

The hotel had a private function on one of our 2 days there so we were unable to use the facilities on level five which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel; so we were sad to not be able to use the facilities for a full day and night, but made the most of it on the other day.
