We liked that our son and his girlfriend were able to stay in the room for the night. We visit from Northern California, stayed at this hotel couple months ago, ocean view which was amazing!! It was a perfect room for family visit. Room is spacious, clean, staff friendly with a view of Huntington Beach! It was beautiful

Unfortunately, my husband had a stroke night before our trip, obviously unable to make the stay. Long story short, we were unable to reschedule trip, Booking.com telling me to talk to hotel and hotel telling me to talk to booking. Com. It was frustrating, neither side was helpful. It was a disappointing experience. I was able to put our son name on reservation and him n his girlfriend had a nice time. The point is illness is not planned, it’s a stressful time, the lack of empathy and understanding with strong resistance to be helpful, we will not be booking through booking.com from this point on. We have used this service for years but after such lack of humanity, no thank you.

Kids loved the water slide, loved the games at the other pool & there was easy access to beach! I loved how there was towels out at the pool also.

They told me there was a $30 food credit per day & it was not deducted from the total I spent. I also think it’s ridiculous to pay $48 per night parking after you spend thousands on your stay parking for one vehicle should be included.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some cool amenities. Good location. Wait staff bringing cake for anniversary was an exceptionally thoughtful surprise. Loved seeing management interact with dogs on property.

Bed was lacking in comfort and extra blankets. Thermostat didn't change temperature of room. Information was hard to find on our own and we needed to ask staff for things. Balcony was tight with the furniture.

Location and view were amazing. Right across from the beach and pools were cool! Walking distance to a lot. Great place to vacation! Room size was big too

For such an expensive and high class place, they really nickle and dime you. $50 bucks a day for parking, extra resort fees after the fact per day… wish all the pricing was transparent.

Big and beautiful hotel! Every corner was beautiful and clean! The breakfast food was incredible! Everything was amazing!

Only part was that our bed had a black stain on it but ones I asked for a new sheet they were able to do that and they ended up remaking our whole bed! The service was amazing! Only thing is I think they charged me double for the resort fee. When I booked and then after the stay they added more money and claimed it was the resort fee. Or happy about that!

The location was perfect. The pool was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk did not explain to us where our room was and what amenities the property offered. It was a very quick transaction. Also, for the cost, it would be nice to be provided some decent coffee to the guests and Wi Fi.

Room was great! 10th floor in the Huntington Beach tower overlooking the pool, and view of the beach. Pool was great. I can't believe it was so warm for being so big. The only reason I couldn't give you a 10 was because the slides didn't work. We really looked forward to using them with our kids. We were there for our 18th year wedding anniversary, and since we live in HB we figured why not bring the kids till 5pm or so. Anyways can't wait to go back. Everything just went the way i had dreamed. Thank you....

View from room, comfortable bed -- easy to get our rental car everytime we needed it. Easy walking distance to beach and shopping.

The restaurant only served a breakfast buffet so we ate outside facility or brought breakfast food at snack bar. We really wanted a nice breakfast spot with a breakfast menu and affordable, not the high price buffet for 11 people with different preferences for breakfast food.

Gorgeous room, family suite. Staff were lovely. spotlessly clean. Beautiful hotel, great location. Roof top bar/restaurant was lovely - amazing views.

Cost of Breakfast, not enough parasols around the pools particularly at the weekends. Had to request your room to be serviced, otherwise wasn't done and sometimes wasn't done even when a request had made. Would expect this to be done atomically in a hotel of this standard.

Convenient location king size suite with jacuzzi was great

Peeling wallpaper in closet from water damage was obvious Amenities like writing pad and pen not in room waste paper containers could be placed around the suite and facial tissue’s should be by bedside
