The location is hotel for two, right? In the heart of Costa Mesa Newport Beach, where there are plenty of restaurants and other amenities. The room was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Everything about the stay was good.

The only knock was that someone came up knocking on the room next to me. Late at night. A woman was yelling to have them open the door thinking she'd been there before. The problem was that no, but he came out staff wise to address the noise.

It was close to the ocean.

The room wasn’t properly finished in the preparation for our arrival. The tissue box was empty, there were no cups for the coffee maker, one of the complimentary bags of coffee was torn open and empty, the microwave door was dirty, and there were left over bobby pins on the floor. The person in the front office was very kind and courteous. The property itself, was fine. We had a room to sleep in, and everything worked.

The location for access to the beaches and bike trails was good (2.5 miles to each) and a block from the freeway, the room was reasonably clean, bed comfortable, and small pool was nice for a float after biking on a warm day. All the staff were pleasant and amiable.

This is a very basic motel. While the facility is well maintained, there were obvious signs of wear and tear in my room (permanent stains on the curtains and tub floor, and water corrosion on the bottom of the bathroom door). The room had no wall decorations. The microwave worked well but did not have the rotating plate.

Everything was great. The staff was really helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room was nice and spacious. There was not smell of smoke. It had a microwave and fridge. It had a coffee maker but not cups or silverware in the room to have even oatmeal or coffee. Location right off the freeway and a gas station right next door was and added bonus. Price was right.

I thought it was very comfortable in a quiet area at Cozy Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful! It was a great stop over for us☀️

I like they accommodate us in a better room after my first 2 nights and it was way better

I did not like the first 2 nights in the first floor near the office and the street.

The room was extremely clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The shower/bathroom was awesome! Also, it was a very nice and quiet placce to stsy! All around Good Vibes,

Convenient location for my purposes.

The girl that works at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart, super friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The price for a room is extremely reasonable considering the amenities inside the room, the square footage and quality of the bed, tv, etc😁
