The friendly n accommodating staff, very informative and involved wanting your stay to be the best. The best n most liked is they have rid the homeless around n made the area more safe by putting cameras everywhere and bright lights for safety and have 24/7 surveillance, The new management has definitely improved and cleaned the property up since I last visited

I wish there was a pool n patio to sit n enjoy... Maybe in the near future they are always making upgrades everyday. I'd recommend it to others.

It's a good place now, under new management n things are in process of major upgrades with focus on more comfortability, Safety n making sure the homeless traffic on that Street is eliminated n gone. Good things only to come I here.

The homeless situation they tend to gather in front late at night at least 2 times a year for a good month or so

The location is very close to a supermarket . A one minute walk to the grocery store is convenient. The staff was friendly and were very accommodating when I needed a little while longer than expected at checkout.

The price is a little bit high for the small room size and lack of vending machines.

The lady who helped us check in was very kind. The room was comfortable and had a fridge along with a microwave. The internet worked well and the tv had cable. They made sure our toiletries and towels were always stocked. I personally found it was at a good location from restaurants, coffee shops and a short drive to the pier.

I was very surprised with this hotel. Had never stayed at the facility before but found it very convenient and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Convenient location, very clean and comfortable. Less than 3 miles from the beach. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Felt safe. 2 minute walk to a grocery store and liquor stores very close by as well...

No chest of drawers or armoire to put my clothing in, but it was only 1 night so not too bad. I would also liked to have had a 2nd chair to sit at the table with my husband.

Parking spaces are relatively small

The staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure and temperature control were great. The room did not have an antiseptic smell (which is a good thing)

There is somewhat a bare area on the ceiling, making one see the accumulated dirt.

Place was very clean especially for the price. Bed was comfortable and TV worked great. I was originally a little skeptical of the price and if the area would be nice but it was great. Just a short drive to get to a lot of places!

Parking could have been a bit better. All of the parking spaces were taken already so we had to park by the dumpsters next to the street. Still free which was nice, just not quite what we expected.
