The location was easy access from Interstate 20. Building was exceptionally clean and smelled great. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I will be returning to Quality Inn on my next trip to West Monroe, Louisiana!

They kept my deposit for no reason at all my room was left as I arrived she stated that it spells like smoke but I don’t smoke at all wen i never smoke in my life but I will never bring my business there again plus she took more money off my card the deposit plus 25 more off my bank card I’m very upset and disappointed

Location is good, I’ve stayed there before

The ceiling had giant water marks on it. The shower curtain allowed a lot of water on the floor. When I checked in breakfast was supposed to be 6:00 and the next morning it wasn’t going to happen till 6:30 had to go to Waffle House

I like the location of this hotel, very close to a lot of restaurants and the interstate. This made getting around easier. My bed was comfortable, the pool looks nice. Breakfast was not fancy but adequate even though I didn’t eat it. Washer and dryer on the floor made laundry easy so I can take home all clean clothes.

I would have liked to have known where the fitness center was before my last night. I might have gone if I hadn’t had to ask. also I don’t know if there is a business center with a printer and a couple computers but that also would have been nice. whatever happened to the old days when hotels provided you with information about the hotel and surrounding area? I know covid changed things but a sheet in the elevator would be better than nothing

The room was cozy and clean. I loved that it had a good size fridge and a spacious walk-in vanity area with multiple mirrors. I also liked the ceiling fan.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny and flat.

It was quick easy check in and out. Smelled clean when walked in. Upon leaving, they had a lot of staff already cleaning. The apple juice was good but didn’t get to have the breakfast (someone was coughing all over it so I passed). It did look good, though!

the staircase smelled like wet dog. the shower drain/base looked like tried to caulk and such but looked really bad.

Clean & great location

I ask for a late check out as I am disabled & they came BANGING ON THE DOOR!!!!! A knock would have sufficed then the cleaning staff walked in without knocking on door & I was half naked 🤬🤬🤬

The breakfast was nice. It was a decent warm breakfast that met the task and much better than the Covid bagged type of cold breakfast.

They used milk from a container instead of a machine. The milk was old and out of date, smelling close to souring. The kitchen staff agreed with me, was really nice, and swapped it out with newer milk from a newer jug.

The elevator broke the first night arrived, my room was on the 3rd floor I have problems with my knees and foot had to take the stairs to get to and from 3rd floor

Upon arrival, front desk clerk kept answering the phone and made me wait. Toilet wouldn’t flush. When reported, was told there was low pressure in most rooms. This was unacceptable because tissue was just building up in the toilet. On the next morning, I called about the toilet again. There was a different clerk on duty. She was very professional and helpful. She said she would have someone up to check it. The maintenance person came armed with a plunger and the toilet worked for the remainder of my trip. The housekeeping staff were extremely nice and friendly. The room was nice, but we found a drink can under the bed and a hole in the worn shower curtain.
