Nice room. Clean. Comfortable.

Very noisy people early in the morning, 7:30 AM. Loud and inconsiderate of other guests early in the morning. They should have a specified noise policy between certain hours. We could have used the extra sleep and other guests were simply rude to do this. I understand that it may only be a few and other guests very nice. But they should have a policy and enforce it.

Staff were lovely. Pam was excellent at breakfast. Kerry was very helpful.management would do well to ask how are you doing maybe hello

Shuttle in advertised as a plus on booking.com one of the reasons I booked this hotel. When we asked it was not available for years. No response from booking. Com even though I contacted several times .also very embarrassing situation at dinner when people were being asked to pay cover charge for a band the hotel put in the restaurant area and seated people there. The people refused and it got very loud and fraught. These people should not have been put in this position .

Little outdated, but still in decent shape. Clean, quiet, quite far of commercial areas, good place to run away from civilization and "recompose"... comfortable beds, good wifi

Unsatisfactory value for money...breakfast wasn't included in the booked rate, thus making the overall staying overpriced comparing with similars in Woburn. Complementary coffee only in the morning(ok, better than nothing), few towels in room, AC unit quite noisy and the check-in was heavy (have to revalidate access cards, as it didn't work at the first try). No invoice at check-out (was told that it will be e-mailed, didn't happened)

Rooms were spacious and clean. When an issue with the room was reported, it was dealt with.The town of Woburn is delightful.

The first room we had, the AC leaked and the carpeting became very wet. So we were upgraded but very late in the day, so the front desk Adrian helped clean it so we could get ready for an off site wedding rehearsal dinner. However housekeeping staff failed to fill soap dispensers for two days. The shower head broke, was temporarily fixed, broke again and then repaired to last.

Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Specifically, Donna, David, and Jared-(apologies not sure if I’m remembering his name correctly), were very helpful. Restaurant/bar was nice and live band that night was nice.

Overall room was clean, but bathroom could have been cleaner. Also outlets were limited with no USB ports, glad we had cubes with us.

We liked that the room was large and the bed was very comfortable; there was a nice large shower; we liked that there was an excellent choice of fresh fruit, bacon, sausages and eggs for breakfast. We liked that even though the hotel is near the freeway, there was no noise and the view from our room was of a lovely wooded area. We liked that the staff at breakfast was great especially the man with a European accent. We liked that we could take food from the restaurant to our room.

I had requested a room on a high floor but they assigned us a room on the first floor at my request they changed us to a room on the third floor. We did not like that the hotel only provides plastic and paper cups in the room and at breakfast as this is not environmentally friendly; the staff at the restaurant were very accommodating however and provided us with china cups and drink glasses on request. The pastry offerings at breakfast were OK but not great. The shaving mirror light in our room did not work. We did not like that there was no way to get fresh air in the room as the window will not open and there was no way to keep the fan running. The pillows were big but too lumpy and hard for my taste.

The room was nice and had two beds which was great for my sister and I. Restroom was nice and bright. Hotel provided toiletries needed for showering. Room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows each.

The only thing I complained about was the noise level. The walls are thin and was able to hear a full conversation from other hotel guest at 3 in the morning.

The young man who checked me in, David, was wonderful. He was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. The restaurant had a nice breakfast, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. I loved the Keurig coffeemaker in the room!

One of the rooms we viewed had a wooden tray table for the bathtub! Sadly, mine didn't.

Room was comfortable and big enough for 2 of us. The hotel was very clean throughout.

Half the outlets in the room did not work. The bathroom tub was very tall for partially disabled people to climb into.
