staff was very friendly the location to get to everything was great

rooms are in need of some repairs clock didnt work no fans in bathrooms beds were a little hard and need more stock for bathrooms and plugs had to unplug stuff for phone chargers and computer the breakfest was a joke need to go back to the way it was with the eggs french toast pancakes hash browns and better biskets for the sausage gravey if nothing else at least put out bagels and cream cheese and muffins and the noise at night made it rough to sleep doors slamming cars running out side windows all night

Convenient, clean, front staff was amazing! Room was clean and organized.

The back staff or cleaning staff we said hello and they looked right at us and said yeah sure, they both smoked by the entrance doors in back multiple times and when we addressed them about it they blew their smoke our way and threw their ends down still burning and it was right by the entrance door. Rude and unpleasant cleaning staff. Went to tell the manager or front staff about them and he took charge and confronted them! We normally tip out cleaners but when we don’t receive a positive response from them outside the room we will not tip them for they are not pleasant and we feel we are a hindrance to their day. We won’t be back unless you teach them to be nicer to all people or you let them go! Thank you

Eric at the front desk was AWESOME & very helpful, he knew we were coming to R & R in the hot tub as I called ahead to confirm it was up & running, we were supposed to stay up the road at Baymont but the called to inform us the pool & hot tub was being renovated. He was waiting at the front desk for us & got us all situated, we made another reservation for Feb 16th when we come up for Jeff Foxworthy show.

Nothing , everything was great & lived up to what we had expected & the price was more than fair.

The pool and hot tub were very good. The beds were comfortable and we liked that each bed had 4 pillows that were of different firmness/softness. We also liked that our room had a small table with 2 chairs instead of a large desk and only one chair.

Breakfast was poor. Nothing hot except instant oatmeal. White bread or small prepackaged muffins were not the best. I skipped it the second morning. That was the only drawback in our stay.

Clean. Hot breakfast. Close to everything.

Prices fluctuate according to happenings at casino. Also they charge a security deposit of $50. Didn’t tell me ahead of time. When I called them they said it’s takes a week to get credited back to my account. Made me overdrawn. Probably won’t stay there again

The staff was great. It was very clean. The fact you get breakfast is a nice bonus. Beds are comfortable.

There was no shower curtain. Didn’t notice till we got up to leave. No time to call front desk so did the best we could.

Really nice pool and hot tub. The pool water was perfect. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and smelled nice. Out of all the hotels I've been to in the passed two weeks, this was honestly one of my favorites.

Thr walls are thin. Could hear the neighbors and their kids until almost one am being rambunctious.

The hot tub was very nice the guest was very pleasant the people that work there too.

Everything was well there was minor dust on the fence and my toilet looked like it wasn't clean but look like it is something that has been there for a while so it is like a permanent it's not not clean but it appear to be not clean when you look at it. Staind

The room was nice, and comfortable. The 24 hour coffee bar was pleasant. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Maintenance man interrupted us to fix our door lock that was already working properly. Oddly enough, the key cards stopped working the next day. The movie channels they advertised did not come in.

They were great having extra pillows on the bed, so hubby could get more comfy! Those beds are so comfy the pillows are amazing! This roll in shower was was the BEST Handicap room I have ever been in!!!thanks for being so kind!!! Because Nice Matters!
