The breakfast included Aptivia yogurt (+), bacon, eggs, packaged sweet buns, milk, coffee, flavored breakfast drinks (I didn't try), waffles, biscuits and gravy (rate 4 out of 5 because biscuit texture was not great and gravy seemed to be canned), cereals including instant oatmeal, and maybe more. The kitchen staff were attentive and pleasant. We liked having windows across one wall. I think for the rate we paid it was excellent.

The biscuits and gravy and probably the flavored drinks, although I didn't try those. Probably need a 5-star property to get great juice, but then would be paying more.

Staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast too. Some hotels also have the kid’s tv channels blocked and make you pay extra for those. They did not have them blocked here and that was very appreciated.

We were really excited that the indoor pool opened at 6. That’s earlier than many places and it would have allowed us to swim with the kids before we left. But when we went to get in after breakfast, the water was absolutely freezing. Way too cold to swim so they were really disappointed. That was our only complaint.

The room was clean and smelled good and curtains and walls were in good shape. It had a nice sized TV with plenty of channels to choose from. The bed was comfortable The air conditioning cooled nicely. The property was clean and we felt safe Cracker Barrel down the street. Bathroom was clean. It had a refrigerator,microwave,small coffee maker I went and checked out the pool and the water was cool. The young man behind the counter was extremely nice

not a thing.

Halley was exceptionally helpful, compassionate and considerate of our needs, from the times that I called ahead with questions and requests, until we departed, She was patient and showed that she genuinely cared above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend this property to any traveler or local, based on her service, primarily. She made our stay and our day. In this atmosphere of bankrupt customer service, she's definitely a keeper.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like except I wish we could have had a reason to stay longer. This hotel was number 7 in a series of 8 hotels that we stayed at over the previous 15 days. I was extremely tired. This was the last leg of a 4000 mile round trip before arriving in Jackson Mississippi.

It was clean, beautiful and breakfast was good! Had a double queen suite. I’m a regular at the comfort suites they never disappoint!

The fire alarm got pulled and it disabled the elevator but it was 11p and it was still out the next morning bc it had to be reset by the elevator co. No reflection at all on the property or the employees.

After a very long drive, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Got a good night sleep, ready for the drive the following day. I'd stay here again.

The breakfast was a little lacking around 7:00 a.m. The apple juice tasted like water with a hint of apple. The pan with the scrambled eggs was empty. Everything else was fine. We decided to skip the breakfast and head out. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. You could see where they had missed cleaning in the tub and toilet.

The room was great and comfortable! We checked in with no hassle or issues, even though we arrived late, about 10:00 PM. Bathroom was clean along with the room. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Tried to book online using PayPal, however it kept timing out. I hate using my credit card online, but I finally had too. Check in was easy, however, there were 4 families checking in at one time and there was only one person working, so check in took a very long time.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He helped us find a good restaurant and gave some places to see around town. The rooms were clean. The television and stations available were wonderful.

The breakfast was okay. It was nothing special. I could have used more pastries. There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

9 out of 10. everything was good! good biscuits and gravy. bacon great, waffles great. juice machine was good. had muffins and pastries. syrup for waffles, we were unable to open, but great attendent used sissors to open for me.

the halls were noisey till all the people went to bed.

The staff both at checking in and checking out were both so very friendly and nice. The room was clean with plenty of room. Breakfast was good. They had biscuits,gravy, sausage, eggs, and even brought out bacon later in the morning. My wife loved the bathroom mirror!!

Wasn't a hotel issue but I had the hotel saved and had to wait a couple days to verify the group going would be able to make it and when I went to book it the price had increased. That was disapointing
