The room was well equipped with a full kitchen which was a nice surprise. I always enjoy when there's a breakfast included with a variety of options. The woman that greeted us at the front desk was super sweet and understood immediately why I needed a few extra things that she quickly provided. I was very impressed with her in general. In addition, the location was perfect for what I needed.

I ordered a room with 1 king and got a queen instead. For the price of the room, I should be comped a little for the difference, but I haven't asked yet, so we'll see. The bathroom is a little old looking and the toilet pressure wasn't good. It was a little pricey overall, but I needed the location and didn't have another option.

This is a quiet place mostly and on far west side of LV. Facility is older generation but ok----but maintained with some care from looks of things. I guess breakfast was least of the benefits. We're not too fussy but content of breakfast was pretty slim....

Some of the breakfast needs higher quality for nightly stay cost to get such low quality breakfasts-----ok mind you, but there are ways to improve that too!

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful, and they were quick and could be found when needed. The room was clean and spacious, the complimentary breakfast tasted good, and the location & price were right from the distance to the Strip/downtown Las Vegas.

Nothing bad! Unfortunately, the parking lot close to the door filled up quickly; the back lot wasn't well lit, & the card keys didn't work for the back doors.

The friendly staff at the desk. The breakfast helper who was a lady. She was very helpful. It was nice to be able to check in a little early so we could use the pool and spa.

Our bathtub isn’t positioned correctly so it creeks when you stand in the tub to take a shower, needs to be fixed. One of the bedroom windows was open and it isn’t laid properly, meaning it’s crooked and it was hard to shut it. We weren’t sure why it was open.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly, comfortable bed, and like that the rooms and the rest of the hotel was Clean!

Didn't like the noisy a/c unit in our room. The piercing light from the street lights came into our room windows, and the curtains didn't completely close to shield the light that was coming in.

it’s a ten minute walk to the entrance of Zion so you can skip the shuttle and don’t have to worry about parking. the staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful - and saved our vacation when the snow hit by recommending alternates to Bryce . the rooms are comfortable and clean.

have no complaints but the air conditioning seems ancient

Breakfast should change in many different ways.

I did not like the room I first checked in , the air conditioner was very loud BUT the front fest that changed the room for me was very satisfying. All the employees here do a good job.

It was clean and Very nice. The front desk called up to ask me if I was ok with my room. Plus she helped me find places to eat and made good recommendations. Very nice staff

That I forgot my bathing suit. The pool area was very nice and I missed out

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast staff was very efficient and made sure food was stocked and the room stayed cleaned.

The elevator was not working. Had to carry our luggage to the third floor.

The location was perfect for me, near my daughter’s apartment. The beds are super comfortable. Black out blinds were great. The room set up was perfect.

The elevators were out. And the room rate kept changing on me as I proceeded with booking.
