I never fill these out. So take that as an indication about what I’m going to say. The staff was amazing. I was traveling with a youth hockey team, and we are admittedly a pain in the butt group to deal with. Believe me I worked for a 300 room hotel that was 1 mile from a rink and hosted many of families during weekend tournaments. All staff treated us with kindness and respect. It’s obvious that they all have the “hospitality gene”. Special shout out to the female staff working the overnight shift. Kids up till 10:30p, parents drinking even later, guests complaining. She handled the situation with grace and respect.

Hearty breakfast that changed every day. Just a 2 block to a University Hospital with a cafeteria serving hot food 11-1 (very good) weekdays or grab n go on weekends. Cute gift shop too full of goodies.

2nd day one tiny black ant on sink surround, one on table with coffee stuff, one on bedside stand on my phone. Kept our food in microwave n fridge. Did not report until checkout as I did not want poison sprayed for us to inhale without car we spent lots of time in our room.

Location was PERFECT to visit Kirtland and other Historical Sites in the area. The room was pretty clean and comfortable, and cute to boot! Breakfast each morning was awesome, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Honestly, the only knocks I can give are that my tub didn't drain very well and the elevator was SLOW.

Each employee that I met was more than helpful, kind, and understanding. My stay was due to a last minute emergency. I was upset and dealing with a lot but each person I came across (from the woman cleaning the rooms, the maintenance guy, and the two employees at the front desk) was extremely helpful, thoughtful and personable. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Honestly, there was nothing that I came across or dealt with that I didn’t like.

Location was great close to food, gas, and highway. The staff was friendly as always and they kept common areas clean throughout. The gym was small but efficient and in room jacuzzi was big and perfect.

The breakfast option should be better or better prepared and the in room jacuzzi jet buttons are way to far away across the room to access and restart jets.

This place was close to a hospital and I-90. The breakfast helper was very friendly and kind. The breakfast options were good. Our room had a jacuzzi in it which was fun and relaxing.

Standard included breakfast; it was good. The staff was friendly and worked to get me in a room as soon as I arrived for check in. Parking was convenient and allowed quick access to the Hotel and rooms. The room was clean. The air conditioning and fan was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The linens, towels, sink and bathroom were all fresh and clean.

The room had a perfume odor like what is used to cover up odor of a room that had been smoked in at some time in the past. It was a minimal inconvenience and I have no doubt that if I had requested, the staff would have worked to change my room.

I liked how nice the staff the place was very clean breakfast was okay you couldn't here your neighbors in the next room the down comforter was a life saver

The bed was so very uncomfortable I had to double the down comforter so I could lay on it to sleep that is the only complaint I have

The breakfast was an actual, "Hot", breakfast, not just Danish and fruit with coffee and Tang. The rooms were spotless, everything worked, and some toiletries were included. The hallways, entry and Lobby were clean and uncluttered. There was fruit and flavored water available in the lobby while you waited. The Staff greeted us immediately and were very professional and friendly.

The key cards could not unlock the outer doors at night, requiring entry through the lobby.

Shower curtain rod in the past had problems and they fixed it and it's just not really good enough. Shower knob to get hot water is a weird design.
