All staff were very pleasant and friendly. The gentleman setting up the breakfast was outstanding! He kept everything well stocked and clean and was very kind and polite and went out of his way to ask everyone if they needed anything or if they needed help. I hope the hotel tips him behind the scenes. Maybe you could put a sign up or a tip jar? He did a GREAT job and should be compensated properly as food wait staff.

Being so close to the ice/vending machines and elevators and being on the second floor. I heard all the hallway noise and noise above me. Also, the TV was painfully slow to change channels. You press the button, then wait and then it changes and then you have to do it again.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff was so helpful and considerate and that is so important because those are the first people who set the tone for the weekend. The gentleman who ran the breakfast was so nice and friendly and kept the breakfast opened a little longer because we did not realize that there was one and we had a late start. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the room was a great size. I already booked for Parent's weekend. I will continue to book there because my kids go to JMU and it's location is close to campus and their apartments.

Unfortunately I left my new iPad in the room when we left. I followed up with a call several hours later and they found it and kept it for me to pick up on my return trip. The two young men at the front desk were more than delightful - efficient, courteous and humorous.

Breakfast sorely lacking- there was no batter for waffles even after waiting about 20 minutes. My husband then poured a bowl of cereal (only bowl that was left) only to find the milk container empty. We had two small blueberry muffins and coffee.

Just a quick overnight stop; room was small but manageable for a family of 4. We only needed a place to sleep shower and shave so it worked. Bathroom was tiny. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was great and we enjoyed a nice egg, sausage, cereal/oatmeal and biscuit breakfast. Location was ideal to just walk across the street for dinner after a long day in the car.

Bathroom was so small. The sink had a fluorescent light which was both glaring and horrible for make up application but for just an overnight it was workable.

The nice, big fridge and extra clean bathroom were my favorite things! The bed was okay...I always prefer more pillows than a hotel offers, but that's just a personal thing. The breakfast was pretty good...the eggs were cold, but one of the employees came out to apologize for that, once he realized the warmer wasn't turned on.

An extra roll of tp would have been good...the one on the holder when we arrived was nearly gone, and we finished the other one that was in the room.

Booking.com overbooked the property and so the hotel did not have my reservation for two rooms. Fortunately, they had ONE room due to a cancelation that they gave me and comped the cost for my trouble, which was all the fault of Booking.com and not them. The staff was friendly and helpful in the face of my obvious irritation, and I am so thankful they found us a place to stay.

I travel with an older dog and they have been very accommodating to me. The front desk staff is always friendly which I appreciate after a very long day of travel. This was my 3rd stay here traveling cross country and I had a chance to try breakfast which I found to be better than some places I have been. There is plenty of grass around if you have a pet.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Was perfect to stay the night while we visited JMU. Nice and close to the University

The bathroom appeared to have water damage at some point and was painted over. Even though the bathroom was clean, it made it feel not so clean

Very friendly staff. Shout out to Robert- he was fantastic! Location was a walkaway to many restaurants and stores. Room was clean, spacious and surprisingly modern. It was the perfect hotel to rest off i81 on way to Florida

The breakfast was good but lacked some healthier options like whole wheat bread, oatmeal or even a fruit would have been nice. Otherwise it was a waffle maker, sausage patties, white breads, sugared cereals. The coffee was good and the staff person was nice and ensured tables, counters were clean and food restocked. She was very attentive.

Great location with shopping and many places to eat. Nice town. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Ability for a breakfast and coffee is a nice amenity. Overall just a nice stay. Would recommend

Really have nothing negative to say about the Hotel. Price wise location wise just a plus. Room was more than acceptable.
