We checked in around 11 pm and left about 6 am, it everything was perfect for what we used it for!

There was nothing I didn’t like. It was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice.

I cannot say enough about how happy I was with this hotel. The value cannot be beat. The room was clean - the bathroom was impeccable. The bed sheets were perfectly white and extremely soft - not bleached and rough. For the price I paid I was worried it would be another bargain experience like I got with the Days Inn a few miles away. But this was practically a luxury experience compared to that. The free breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, the pool was perfect. I was so happy and will be staying here every time I travel through Harrisonburg.

The only markdown was because some of the people staying (maybe long-term residents?) were a bit loud at night.

The location was perfect , the room was a good size with mountain view , great breakfast included , avd very clean .I've stayed here 3 years in a row i did leave a request for a microwave in the single person room and there was one this time so thank you .

I feel the mattress was a little worn this time it's starting to dip a little in the middle .It was still a comfortable bed compared to other hotels I've stayed in but it needs a new one in that particular room .

I ultimately did not stay here. I arrived with my dog, and was told he was too large for their weight limit policy. They cancelled and fully refunded my stay, and the receptionist was so nice and very kindly called around to help me find an affordable hotel nearby that could accommodate me and my pet. I appreciate the quality customer service despite the inconvenience.

The hotel did not advertise on the app when I booked that they do not accept dogs over 30lb.

it was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. We also thought the beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever stayed in at a hotel.

The room itself was a little crowded, but we managed. The only problem and this is a problem anywhere we go is that the doors to the rooms are not automatically opened with a button once you put your key in because if you’re in a wheelchair, you can’t get the door to stay open to get in the room unless you have help and what if you were traveling by yourself so that is not particular to this chain, but should be addressed by the chain. Thank you.

The room was large and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The temperature control was good and it is far enough off the highway that we didn't hear the interstate traffic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The shower handle was loose and we couldn't get the water off. However, the friendly front desk supplied a tool so that we could fix it quickly. Disappointed that the room wasn't serviced between our 1st and 2nd night. Breakfast was fine with hard boiled eggs, waffles, sausage, yogurt, bananas and apples, and muffins and toast. Coffee and juice. We would have enjoyed scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled eggs.

Close to the interstate, and close to a few restaurants.

I was told that the price would be 96.58, but there was a $50 upcharge that I was not aware of until I checked my bank account. That extra charge is still on my account even though I checked out this morning. I asked for a wake-up call at 06:15 that never came. I had to be on the road at 7 this morning. I was told that breakfast was 6:30 -9 and it wasn’t ready until 7:00. The eggs were runny and the sausage was cold.

Late breakfast hours

We had to put $150 deposit for being local event though we have never lost a deposit with your company. We should be rewarded as respectful customers with a good history. We know this may fall on deaf ears, so we will continue to pay a higher deposit because your establishment is great! We pay extra to enjoy our stay!

The beds were amazing and so comfortable! Loved the night shift people! They were so welcoming and fun! We thought they would be great friends to have if we lived near the area. The location was great, easy to find for tired travelers!

Breakfast was a little disappointing, no waffles😪 The room needs some updating, maybe some new carpeting.

Nice staff. Clean.

Pool still closed and green. Room walls need patch& paint. Visible marks where furniture was and cracks in the sheet rock. We stayed 2x. Both rooms needed SKILLED maintenance, not weird screws in plumbing handle and floor drains not attached to the floor. For a relatively new business it is aging fast.
