My stay at Crown Plaza Hotel in Borjomi was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, some of the best I've ever encountered. They were professional, always wearing smiles, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the river and mountains. The highlight was the amazing terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The lobby was stylishly designed, adding to the overall ambience of the hotel. As a thoughtful gesture, they provided cake and fruits along with a nice welcoming note, which added a personal touch to the experience. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking for my car, which was convenient. The location, next to Borjomi Central Park with a free park entrance, was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations, thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Borjomi.

In the summer, the view is breathtaking, the ambiance is refreshing, and I regard it as an exceptional resort. Numerous services are available in the vicinity. I discovered bakeries, grocery stores, traditional Georgian cuisine, and halal restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is situated in close proximity to a park and a children's play area. Gogi, the receptionist, was exceedingly accommodating and extended us several offers. I am satisfied with this experience and would recommend it to anyone. Many Arabs were present at the hotel today.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions, dining options, and shops just a short walk away. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The pool was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Additionally, the surrounding area offered fantastic amenities, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and quality!

This was my second time in Borjomi and my second stay here. I love this hotel. The staff were amazing. I am an IHG member so got an amazing room with a large balcony with a mountain view and furniture including 2 chaise lounges. The restaurant was excellent for dinner featuring a bit of Georgian and European cuisine. I didn't book with breakfast because I've been on the road for 3 weeks and was sick of breakfast, but there is nowhere outside of the hotel to have breakfast early in the morning so I paid $25 per person for breakfast. By Georgian standards, the breakfast buffet is nice and you can order omelettes. But the day before, I had eggs Benedict with Kamkachka crab in Batumi ($18.00) so I wasn't impressed. I will definitely stay here in my next visit - largely because of the wonderful staff!

I did not like that I did not have more time to spend here! But I will be back!

In general, my family and I enjoyed staying in the hotel.

1. When staying in this level hotels, one would expect to have dental kits available for the guests. We had ours with us so it was not problem but again, having dental kits is a normal practice in good hotels (because of me frequent work-related travels, I stayed in many hotels in different countries and hence, I can compare). 2. When we returned to our room after it was cleaned, we found out that one water glass and both cups were missing. Requested to have the cups back as we were planning to have some coffee. Had to call again for a reminder but no action was taken regardless of our repeat call. 3. The pillows felt like they were stuffed with stones so the first night was far from comfortable. I am glad my request was honoured and the following day, I got a much better pillow.

I was truly amazed by the hotel, both in its exterior and interior design. It resembled a fairy tale castle, offering a magical ambiance. Inside, the lounge was incredibly stylish and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere. The vibrant spirit of New Year was palpable everywhere. The location was simply outstanding; we reached the peak of the national park and traveled comfortably in a cozy car, watching the snow silently dance around us. Overall, our family trip was absolutely amazing!

It was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel offered a wealth of amenities that elevated my stay to new heights – including a stunning yoga room, 24/7 gym, swimming pool, spa, and more. Plus, the room provided a beautiful view of the mountains and river, with a huge park just next to the hotel. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Their warmth, attentiveness, and eagerness to assist made me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived.

Great location, very sweet staff and marvellous breakfast! We had a very big room (#401) (like a flat) on the top floor with a view over the river and the "curly" design bridge. Each morning we and one of the waiters, Luka, had fun; us showing him that we wanted to keep our plates and us trying to speak some Georgian. I also used the gym and had an appointment with the massage therapist. Ia was very nice and had strong hands. Iit was a very good deep tissue massage!

For a hotel of this class, we believe that one should be able to get more information about the town and the area, e.g. better maps of the town, and what there's to see/visit. Perhaps some brochures in the room on arrival?

The reputation of the hotel met its quality and services - the location and the spa facilities were as great as suggested. I really liked my room, especially it having the balcony, and the heated bathroom with different sections. Having the park next door with the mineral spring was amazing, and a lot of cafes and restaurants just over the bridge was convenient. The staff were very helpful and on call 24/7. Definitely worth staying, and not just to say that you did.

Great hotel, probably best in that area. Staff was very helpful,advising us what to do and where togo. Close by there are sulfur pools with natural borjomi water. Access is free for the hotel guests. Breakfast was good, with descent variety. Spa was fairly good, with steam sauna available for the guests free of charge. We have taken few spa procedures and were very happy. Advise to try borjomi water bath and massages they offer. Pool was great, clean and had water jets, which can be activated using the button just below the water level. Rooms are generally spacious, well equipped and designed. Good balcony with beautiful mountain river view.

Twice, when we were coming down to spa before breakfast, approximately at 9:15am, saunas were switched off and not ready to take the guests: Finnish sauna on one occasion and steam sauna the day after. Hotel required renovation. Paint on the balcony ceiling falling off. Tiles in steam sauna falling off. Not critical, but considering the value, impeccable condition was anticipated. Room service didn't hoover the carpet. My wife pointed out the paper clip lying on the floor, which was not ours. It was there untouched for 3 nights, meaning the floor was never properly cleaned. Again, paper clip is not a big deal, nonetheless it is important to service rooms properly.
