Corner cottage. Had an amazing view at sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We requested for fans as the weather was a little warm. Nino! thankyou for arranging 2 pedestal fans. Walking distance from restaurants and markets. And Enough distance to keep the noise and privacy. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. Grill to make your own BBQ or bonfire. It had everything you needed to stay. Most important hand spray (shattaf) in bathrooms.

There was an awful smell coming from the fridge/dishwasher. But didn't bother much. Overall a good property.

The staff helped us with everything we needed and help with organizing tours etc. The chalet was great and met all our needs. We spent a lot of time at home because of the lack of snow, so the unlimited free firewood was a nice plus. It's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the beginner hill/lift. Overall a great stay.

Possibly a couple of extra things like having salt and pepper and matches in the kitchen when you arrive. But otherwise a great stay.

We like the house, location and that the house has a lot of space inside. You will find a washing machine here, dishwasher, two big bedrooms, fireplace. All equipment for the barbecue and for the kitchen. We really enjoyed be here.

It’s not a season yet, so, we just waited some hours to warm the house.

very clean and nice house for two families. very nice and kind-hearted owner Nino! she helped us with all our requests. we stayed with small children and it was perfect. very close to skiing are #25.

The whole cottage was at our disposal. It is a very cosy house, with an excellent view, fireplace, unlimited provision of wood, comfortable rooms, bathtub, big and well equipped kitchen, etc. The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially when the water tubes froze because of a heavy frost, they resolved the problem in the best manner. Special thanks to the manager Nino, who contributed enormously to our satisfaction. Thanks!

The villa was very nice and clean, and the balcone view was amazing. Special thanks to the owners. They were very respectful and awesome. Definitely will be back to this villa next trip.💓♥️

It's best place for family vacation. Very friendly owner's. Highly recommend. Definitely next time when we will plan our trip to Bakuriani we will book this villas.

Everything was perfect. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Clean Villa, smart TV box. We even had free access to Amazon prime videos. The heating system was great.

Our stay there was amazing. The view was perfect. Though it snowed the whole day, we still enjoyed the villa. I think if it's summer the view would be more stunning with all the greenery. The ski resort is just 10 mins walk (5 mins if it's not snowing).

There's no supermarket that is near the villa, so you need to walk for 15 mins.
