Good sized apartment for family of 5 and very comfortable. Location of accommodation and proximity to the ski slope is a few minutes walk. Aspen cafe nearby was great and staff excellent.

Tendency to be very noisy. But not a huge issue. It was a bit confusing for that 'Crystal Resort' is not a part of the hotel, so we were told we had to pay to use the swimming pool there (we had friends staying at the hotel, so our children wanted to join them there).

Excellent stay. The receptionist allowed us to check-in early and check-out late which was super convenient. It was also a pleasant surprise that the pool and hot tub didn't cost any extra, and it was just a short 5 minute walk away (although located in a different building). The location was decent, located in-between a couple of the major skiing areas, although it can be good if you want to go to both, but also can be a hassle if you don't have a car.

A stocked minibar and microwave would be a nice touch

It’s not crystal hotel but apartment on rent. Anyway place has its own pool and sauna, walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, markets, ski rentals and lift, also skating ring.

We did not had Wi-Fi so to TV access.

Stove but no pots or pans. No extractor fan above stove. I would recommend some protective shield (Perspex)on the beautiful wall paper around the stovetop to prevent damage. It was very difficult to communicate with reception as English very limited

Location is great, the room is spacious, its apartment hotel, with washer and sink. the room is clean. Overall, I liked my stay there. Also, the staff is responsive to the needs of hte guests.

I expected that the room will be cleaned every day, but it was cleaned twice during 6 days which we stayed there. the Please clean my room sign didnt help. and we had to ask for a toilet paper, they won't put it every day.

We arrived at 15:00 and room was not ready. Toilet was dirty, no toilet paper.

actually i feel myself they cheated me and here is why: booked room with kitchen and there is kitchen decoration, no any facilities, you can't use kitchen because you have absolutely nothing to use. there doesn't have any toilet paper, no tea , no coffee, it;s just empty apartment without kitchen, you can saw there stovetap but it diesn't work and you didn't have any kitchen facilities too. they didn't provide me WiFi password at check in and didi't found in room too. i get only next day nut it doesn't work, so you will not have internet there! tv chanel didn't work and they solve that problem at next day. they called resort but there is nothing for rest. staff answered cinicaly of my cuestion at booking.com chat instead to sorry. overall is overpriced apartment with empty kitchen without facility and equipment

block A: worst receptionist ever. I’ve never had such experience. She is not a professional at all. People like her should not work in a front desk.
