Location was AMAZING to food, shops and train. accommodation is attached to the station. 7/11 down stairs on street level. Room size great for Tokyo. Super Clean and has everything you need. Favorite hotel in the 3 weeks of travel we did.

nothing. perfect for our purpose. If you are a gym person, it's not a fully equipped gym. just a room with basic weights.

If this is your first time in Tokyo this hotel is ideal. In the heart of Shibuya but rooms aren’t loud. Rooms are slightly spacious for Tokyo standards. Beds are comfortable but pillows are Japanese style (small and hard). Helpful staff. Yamato luggage transfer services available at reception. Restaurants downstairs were lifesavers when we were too tired to venture out for dinner. Subway and Shibuya Scramble mall connected to the hotel. It really was ideal to get setup in Tokyo. The complimentary relaxing masks was welcomed after a long day! The robot delivering room service was very cute.

Central location, easy accessibility direct from the JR line to the lobby via connecting walkway at L4. Superb views if you get it. Beds were wide and comfortable. Front desk staff speaks great English and were always cheerful and helpful. Secured lifts to the rooms, amenities were good and plentiful, complimentary sparkling and still water offered in room, Nespresso coffee machine and generous 6 capsules offered in the triple room and 2 free drinks coupon for happy hour is a nice touch. Drinking water dispenser on every level.

Separated toilet and bathroom is a quaint choice, especially for the triple room. Lack of sufficient towel rails and hangars for coats and jackets. No Nespresso machine in the standard double rooms which was odd. Microwave is only available on 13 floor. Vending machines on every floor maybe a good idea.

Location was fantastic, easy to find & adjacent to train station. Rooms were good size and clean, friendly staff with check-in/out quick and easy. Would definitely stay there again.

If anything probably could do with a few mere clothes washing/drying machines - have only 2 available.which were busy. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.

The room was spacious and clean, offering lovely views of the city and Tokyo Tower in the distance. It was incredibly comfortable, and I especially loved the unique touch of the robot concierge, which delivered water directly to our room—a fun and futuristic experience! Guest service was excellent, and we took advantage of their luggage service to have our bags delivered to Kyoto, which went seamlessly. The location is extremely convenient, connected to a mall with plenty of great restaurant options and within walking distance of the metro. It’s also a short walk to Shibuya Sky, making it ideal for sightseeing. Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. During our trip to Japan, we stayed in four different hotels, and this was by far our favorite. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Property is new, modern and clean in great location next door to Shibuya Station.

Rooms are a bit small, but not bad for Japan

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient, it was very close to Shibuya station so that was very handy. The hotel design was also very modern and artsy which I really enjoyed. There are amenities in your room but there are also some supplies that you can grab in the lobby if needed. The check in and check out process was smooth, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They had mini perks such as free happy hour drinks, and on certain floors there were facilities like a laundry machine, a drink vending machine and a small kitchenette. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The location was perfect - the hotel is literally above Shibuya station and less than five minutes from Shibuya Scramble Crossing. My room was small (not unlike others in Tokyo) but very clean and comfortable with great views of the city. The bathtub was deep and came with complimentary bath salts. A mini-fridge is provided along with sparkling and still water. The breakfast buffet was vegetarian-friendly with lots of options. There are dozens of restaurants in the same building and the bar/lounge has live music.

The elevators were painfully slow. The water pressure from the bathtub faucet was very low and took a long time to fill.

Everything about this hotel is great. We stayed 6 nights and so pleased we picked this one. Location is perfect, right by Shibuya station, also in the same building is three floors off really good food options, and a connecting tunnel to another shopping mall with the train station below. Rooms were a great size for a couple. Thought the bathroom layout was really smart rather than being all in one room (meant both of us could use each thing without being in each others space like another hotel we stayed at in Osaka). Free drink each night at happy hour and delish breakfast with big range. There’s also a laundry which you can wash and dry for 500Y, or alternatively use the free LG steamers (these were amazing for clothes out the suitcase). Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Tokyo. Also Shibuya is definitely a nicer area to stay and Shinjuku for those first time travellers looking into it. We went out in Shinjuku but so pleased we stayed here. Staff were amazing to top it all off!

The rooms were spacious for Tokyo standards and were also very clean. No complaints about the rooms. We had one standard and one superior corner room with city view. We requested the rooms be located near each other and the hotel was able to accommodate. The views were fantastic. We also loved the location. Near the train station, the Shibuya Crossing and all the action but also tucked a little off to the side for some peace and quiet. They had a robot deliver items like toilet paper, tissue etc. which was wonderful. The robot delivery was super quick and efficient much quicker than humans. Beds were very comfortable especially if you like firm beds. Lots of excellent restaurants and shopping in the area.

We don't have much to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
