Super convenient location near all the best shops, bars, cafes, and sights. There's a 24hr Family Mart right across the street and a chill park called Kitaya Park is just steps away (with a Blue Bottle Coffee attached if you need a caffeine fix). The single rooms were narrow but very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The closest station is Shibuya and it's an 8-ish min walk, with many other transportations nearby (buses etc). Great for if you'll be wandering around Tokyo! Highly recommend staying here.

Staff was in and out so I waited around for a bit. Also, I got a type C room and the futon bed was a bit hard. Neither were deal breakers though

Loved this location in Shibuya because it was conveniently close to everything and more such as Mega Donki Quiote, restaurants and shopping bas well as some awesome chill coffee shops within the area, so yeah I'm definitely going to yeah again seriously, plus the staff was very helpful and amazing.

The rooms was a bit small and tight depending on how many people and suitcases per room, but for one person it's perfect, overall the location and proximity to everything within walking distance makes up for the small rooms seriously.

Location is awesome. Very quick walk to the shibuya scramble. Easy check in and check out process. Complimentary bath goods available in lobby (soaps, lotions, hair care, shower caps etc). Breakfast was good, it is not included in price of room but was decently priced. ‘Breakfast’ was panini’s.

The room is extremely tight. We got a double room and the bed had a bar going across under the mattress topper. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom not made for tall or large people. Bathroom door opens outwards but smacks into the table they have in the room. There is not room for a large suitcase at all, only carry on to be in the room.

I booked this because there was a sudden change of plans and I wasn't expecting much. But this hotel became a bit of a pleasant surprise. The rooms are small but comfortable - it's great for 1-2 night stays. It has all you need for a comfortable stay - basic amenities like towels, shampoo plus extras like moisturiser and different teas to choose from. The lobby/lounge area was also comfortable. You can store your luggage for free here, but it's not supervised, so you store at your own risk. The location was good - away from the bustle of the main streets but within walking distance to all the action in Shibuya.

The rooms are small - I had barely any room to open my suitcase. But it's OK if you're only staying 1-2 nights.

Great location in Shibuya. 5 min walk to the action but the immediate area is nice and quiet. About a 15 min walk from Shibuya station and it's uphill so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage. Staff super kind. Many convenience stores and coffee shops nearby (Family Mart across the street).

Rooms are very small although this is is normal for Tokyo. So small that there is no place to open a full size suitcase except on the bed. No breakfast but again easy access to food at multiple Konbini's nearby. Was there in February and room so hot had to put on AC!

It is a perfect location, just 10 minutes walk from Shibuya crossing so lots to do nearby and easy access to the rest of Tokyo by Shibuya subway station. The hotel is conveniently opposite a family Mart.

The room was nice but a bit small, the bed was not the most comfortable but was okay enough to sleep on. I believe the price was quite high for what it was but overall it was expensive for what it was. I can understand them charging a high price for the location though.

The hotel was very nice and airy and the location was perfect, close to Shibuya (but too close) and its streets full of shops and « food quarters », the train and metro station. Opposite a Family Mart which was very convenient for food. The staff was very helpful and professional. The bedrooms were very clean and had an hair-dryer. Also there were some simple toiletries, and slippers, available in reception which was very handy.

The restaurant was disappointed. We were expecting traditional Japanese food but it was more new fashion Japanese food, so we ate there only once.

The night we arrived it was pouring rain and we hadn't packed an umbrella so we were soaked, and before we even checked in a staff member gave us both towels to dry off. Checking in and out was super fast and super easy; the staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful and kind, and catered to our every need (we even needed a small screwdriver to remove some batteries from a souvenir at one point and they kindly let us borrow theirs!). The room was completely clean, very comfy, and came with all the amenities we needed. There were also convenient English instructions for almost everything in the room that needed it, from the lights to the bidet (yes, they have bidets!), and the only things that didn't have English labels we were able to figure out with Google translate. The location is also very convenient, pretty and quiet. It's a short walk from Shibuya station and is on a little one lane road that is quiet and relaxing. It even has a Family Mart convenience store right across from it, so snack runs are very easy! It's also a short walk from Yoyogi park, if you wish to have a nice walk or even visit Meiji shrine.

I did have a few issues with my stay here. First, the hotel closes its doors at midnight for security reasons, which we were unaware of before coming and caused us to miss out on one of our planned activities. Second, while almost everything in our room came with English labels, our bathroom light and fan buttons did not, nor did the thermostat. Additionally, while I understand Japan's rooms tend to be smaller in general, our twin bed hotel room still was pretty small and had little to no space for our two luggage cases. We made it work and ultimately we did not mind, but I feel it is something potential customers should be aware of before booking. The beds were also pretty hard (again I believe that might just be the norm there, I could be wrong), and also came with only one pillow each.

I liked the convenience of the location, ease of check in and out and the family mart across the road. The room was small but comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I like also that the hotel offered additional amenities to guests at the reception area for us to help ourselves, which avoids wastage.

The WiFi was not so good, connection was in and out most of the time. Helped in a way so that I wasn't tempted to sit in and watch Netflix for hours. The bed was quite hard, I think because it's tatami style. The bed also only had one pillow which was an uncomfortable sleep for me, but the hotel staff were happy to accommodate my request for an additional pillow. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great price. We got two twin rooms. They were small but efficient for two adults in each room. Shower was great. Clean good water pressure and hot. Beds were a bit hard but still comfy and good. Elevator for us on the 6th floor. Reception was very helpful. We could leave our bags all day after check out while we wandered Shibuya. Great coffee breakfast places close by. Close to the scramble and the temple area. Station was easy to get too.
