Great location in a nice neighborhood and easy access to bus stops which are almost outside the building or in a 2’ walk. Clean and friendly staff, quite decent breakfast.

The female employee during our check in was impolite, we arrived 2 hours earlier than the entering time for the room and although we were carrying a baby she refused to give us a time slot of when the room would be ready and denied when we asked to be notified by phone so we could come back. We had to wander for 2 hours although we had arrived from a very early flight with almost no sleep. The stuff that we communicated the following days was more than friendly and helpful. also the room was quite small for 3 people, when you opened the sofa bed the access to half the room, desk, tv and window was blocked.

Ultra clean - they clean each day, make your room, beds, etc. Having breakfast is nice addition. Central location with good connections to everything in the city. Staff was helpfull, and hotel is covered in 24/7 shifts.

Rooms are super small, to the point where you have only 1 closet for 3 people and it can barely fit jackets, everything else - you don't have space for. Basically no other content is in the hotel. Breakfast, while being really good and having some options - doesn't change. So each day, you will have croisants, bread, turkey, ham, yellow cheese, white cheese, brie, eggs and omlette. For the salty food - that's it, no changes. Sweet have SOME variety, but it is more in a line of being able to tell that there is some variety. Don't get me wrong - nothing is wrong with the breakfast, it's just that it's too repeatable, and on the 4th day we were like "oh not the same again".

Excellent location. Very close to the metro station. Breakfast was very good. Enough number of choices for every taste. And a very convenient breakfast saloon. The availability to take away coffee/tea was excellent for a good start of the day. The room was very silent. Although it was facing the main street, when the windows were closed, we had no street noise. Also isolation between the rooms were very good. We have not heart any noise from the neighbour rooms. Very comfortable beds. Ideal hotel for a good sleep.

Room was small. This is not a big problem but there was a very small wardrobe in the room, only for our coats. We kept all belongings in the suitcase. Although room cleaning came everyday, they were making a very ordinary cleaning. Bed, towels, etc. No proper dust removing.The room was little dusty, specially the curtains. Also the room cleaning was not removing any glasses we left the day before. We had to throw away all cartoon glasses. And wine glasses and a knife we brough to the room the first day, stayed there till we left, nobody took them No hair conditioner . Also no toothbrush holder in the bathroom.

Breakfast is excellent. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There is water available in the lobby and a bar. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

There is an issue with the wifi freezing regulalry and they are aware of it. It happens every hour or two and lasts for 30 seconds to a couple of minutes. It's a serious issue if you need a smooth, continuos connection but otherwise the speed is good. The room is small, there's limited floor space but wasn't an issue for us. The location is fine but about a 20 min walk to central tourist areas. There is however the blue line metro very near so getting around is easy. There's not a lot close to the hotel but there are a couple of good restaurants and working~week cafes.

Very nice hotel in general. The staff is amazingly nice and accommodating. It's a modern hotel with modern everything. The room was spacious and with a nice bathroom. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the glitzy Ave Liberdade and within walking distance of the meeting point for most Lisbon tours (Hard Rock Cafe). There are nice restaurants and a convenience store nearby

The towels are worn out. The couch needs cleaning. The bed was too stiff. The wifi was spotty. The attack by guests, especially those in tour groups, on the breakfast buffet starts as soon as it opens

Great area, quiet, clean, upscale shops avenue, close enough to the center, but not so close that you have to deal with noise at night. Great soundproofing - we had a ground floor room but dis not hear a thing from the street. Nice staff at reception, helpful, the shared a map of the city and talked us through it, kept luggage after checkout, all ok. Cleanliness and daily room makeup.

The basic rooms are indeed quite small size. It was not a problem for us, but a larger person would have a difficult time walking into the shower, for instance. Breakfast was ok but the breakfast room quite terrible, no windows and constantly sticky floors.

The first thing coming to mind is the breakfast. It was a great way to start out our day. The food was great quality and well done. The rooms were clean and generally comfortable. Staff was friendly and available as needed.

The room was a bit small for the 3 of us. the second bed was a pull out sleeper. It was comfortable but made the room really tight. When we arrived it was stuffy and warm. I tried to do AC but was told that it was winter and they don't hav AC available.. We opened the windows which cooled the room but the downside to that was the traffic noise.

The location is good, not too close to the city center which means it is very quiet in the night( 800m walking distance), also not too far from the city center. Hotel locates in an safe area which many office buildings surrendered here. Feel so secure even walk late in the area. The breakfast was literally a highlight during the stay. I was looking forward to the breakfast everyday as I can make my own different sandwiches with different bread and topping. Staff were very friendly as well, helped to walk me through on the vending machine. Will definitely come back if I’ll be travelling to Lisbon again.

The room space is a bit small after occupied with 2 luggages.

The people at the reception were very friendly and very helpful.. Good central location, spacious enough room, clean, alll comfort in the room, even a little bar available down at the reception with competitive prices. The rooms were very well isolated, so no disturbance of the noise of the elevator or people arriving late, well isolated from street noise too. Lissabon is lots of higher and lower streets, but the hotel has plenty of metro and bus stops nearby. Underground car parking ( not from the hotel) also nearby, with reasonable prices.

hotel is located in just upper-middle of tourist spot, whole district is open for late night and secure cost will be higher than another local inn, serviced apartment(called as AL, Alajamento local, you could see blue AL mark many times when you are Lisbon), but it is first time in Lisbon or for elderly, having children, and don't want to expect trivial matters(clean, call, food, room condition) this hotel will be your choice.

price will be little higher for young, experienced traveler. and it is located upper middle of the spot(park Eduardo). it will be segure, but way further south(500m perhaps, district of chiado, baixa, barrio alta) is more lively till dawn. So recommend for younger ones, seeking more on southern part. But this quotes are not the problem of hotel. only for preferance of one who seek.
