Could be better, the staff for the breakfast. Don't say good bye when we leave the restaurant. Some paper above the window on thre wall were not well glue (see picture) .. this is not a good image for this hotel category

I recently stayed at the Turim Av Liberdade Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. We stay in this hotel every year, it's a great location, comfort level is good and facilities are great. This year we were given a room upgrade which was amazing. I love it when hotels acknowledge when you have stayed before and welcome you back. I say that as there are hotels that I have stayed in 20+ times and they have never acknowledged we stayed there before. The bar area is lovely and the breakfast was good. I am gluten free and they were able to accommodate me with gluten free bread etc. Receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Looking forward to going back.

The location is very good in a queit and chick place , its 3 mintes away from the metro station , it was very convenient to the purpose I went for , the room is very clean with all facilities, person may need , the window was looking at a queit back street so i could sleep deeply without any noise the reception and the lobby are very big , there were several seating areas where you can pamping yourself .

The receptionists could be more friendly and helpful , except Pedro whos was very helpful , they hardly and after a while answer the internal calls , if you need something you have to call several times to be responded . The electricity was cut in my second night and it was so hot in the room they said its a problem in the whole street buildings. it came the following day in the morning but partially the AC and bed side lights did not work i called them to complain they mentioned that they are waiting for the technician but nothing happened till i met Pedro in the corridore i told him about the problem and imediately he sent the technician and fixed it

Location, location, location. It’s at the top end of Avenida Liberdade. Close to upscale stores, and good restaurants. Good breakfast in a restaurant like setting; a restaurant DuQ which was good. Piped music into the bedroom was a wonderful surprise. Staff member Rafael Codoza on hearing that we were surprised at not being offered coffee while waiting for check in(it would have been a nice touch, we were there for 7 hours on a holiday morning) gave us a bottle of Turim wine. He knows I support the the brand, he didn’t want anything to spoil how I saw Turim. He was lovely. He also understands that it is small things that mean a lot. Thanks Rafael.

The breakfast is amazing, a nice selection of Portuguese and European pastry is awaiting you, freshly made every day. A lot of fruits as well as some warm dishes are a part of the feature. The hotel has a nicely decorated lounge area for smokers, close to the restaurant/bar and the breakfast area. The hotel offers you free courtesy water freshly brought every day. It’s a nice plus, especially during the summer months.

We shared the room and for two people it can become chaotic: the room has no power outlets around the bedside, in total there are only 3 accessible and available power outlets. As for the closet space: it is simply not enough for two people who are staying for 5 days. 6 hangers and only one drawer in total. The bedside table offers no hidden space/storage. The shower is a bit moldy (dark spots around the silicone and the shower door), you can see that the hotel has been frequently visited.

The hotel was lovely, really clean and convenient. Breakfast was great, staff were nice and the bar men were super, really helpful and chatty. Only disappointment with the hotel was our room didn’t have a walk in shower and my mum couldn’t access the bath. The food in the restaurant was the worst we have ever experienced, would definitely not eat there. The waiter told us the restaurant is not part of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and kind, always there to help. The hotel is clean and tidy, the breakfast was delicious and the few drinks we had at the hotel were great too.

One small thing I would report on is that the area you eat your breakfast in with the glass ceiling, the glass was very dirty and was stained with dirty water. It wasn’t a very nice look for when you are eating. However, the inside of the restaurant was clean and tidy, it isn’t the nicest to look at whilst eating.

Brilliantly located. staff were extremely helpful, and we’re extremely friendly when we first turned up. Asked how our flight was not if we needed anything to help us settle into our room. The room and the service along with breakfast with above our expectations.

Nothing. However, was a little bit disappointed with the restaurant that is set within the hotel. As far as I’m aware, this is not run or managed by the hotel, as members of the public seem to also be in there. It was a pity because we had a very busy day, and decided to eat there for convenience. The quality just seemed a little bit of a letdown. Having looked online at the reviews for the restaurant. They haven’t been many raving reviews. It was also empty the majority of the time in the evenings that we saw.
