Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the National Museum, a park and the Corniche, and five minutes walk to a Metro station. Room was large and furnished as you would expect a 4 star hotel to be. Good buffet breakfast included.

The hotel states they have a private beach that guests can use, however they don’t say it is far away and you need to take a taxi to get there. Initially wenot going to allow a late check out.

Exceptional breakfasts, lovely and helpful reception staff, very large 'single' beds, spotless room cleaning, easy metro access and to the amazing MIA park. Basically, I found for the price we paid, we got a 5-star hotel in a perfect location.

Not a major issue for adults, but could be for small children. Sometimes the water got hotter than set in the shower (probably because too many guests were accessing it all at once in the morning in a very big hotel!). It only lasted for a few seconds, but this also might have an impact on a disabled guest i.e. you have to step forward very quickly for a few seconds. Otherwise, all the hotel facilities were perfect.

I paid extra for the queen room with sea view but I couldn't fully appreciate the view because the windows were not clean on the outside. I understand keeping the windows clean can be a big task, but if a guest is paying extra for a good view, it really needs to be cleaned regularly.

I booked this hotel for my parents that were visiting me in Doha and they liked it so much, the breakfast buffet has suitable options, although it could be better. The location is very convenient to go almost everywhere in Doha, close to the metro, souq, national museum, corniche, msherib and even the ride to and from the airport is very affordable by Uber. The staff at the reception, restaurant and the security guards were always replying with a genuine smile, I appreciate that very much, as I work in hospitality too.

- The housekeeping service could improve. I had to ask a couple of times for extra toilet paper (basic), because they didn’t re plenish, even after knowing that we were 3 people in 1 room - the hand soap is refillable, during our 5 days it was never refilled, it was done only after I asked for it. Again, is not the end of the world, but just the attention to detail.

Very clean, modern room with modern facilities, very comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff, close to the metro station, 24/7 reception.

It was a pity that such a great room with a comfortable bed was not soundproof at all!!! I could literally hear EVERYTHING in the night. Neighbor rooms taking shower, flushing the toilet , talking on the phone, baby crying, doors shutting,... So if you are a light sleeper like me, you may have big issues with noises. I couldn't get more than 2-3 hours of sleep per night.

Unfortunately I forgot to take photos bacause we were exhausted, but the room matched the photos provided by Booking. We came from the airport by metro (16 reals for 2 persons), it took about 10 min from National Museum station by feet. All the hotel stuff was very nice and helpful to take a taxi for us early in the morning (30 reals). Also we had no problem borrowing several plates from the cafe. Unfortunately due to our our early departure we didn't try breakfast.

Though the hotel is rather close to the airport and metro station, there're few food stores nearby. Skyscrapers and shopping malls are not very far, but because of high temperature it's hard to walk such distances, so it's not a good option for a long touristic stay. Unfortunately there's no swimming pool there(

The staff was kind enough on asking & providing the best as she could of the personal request mentioned in the booking. I was provided of a room of my request.

The room was not not properly cleaned before I occupied it. There are some used towels and tissues in the wash room and the bed linen and pillow cases I am not sure if its new as the smell wasn't newly washed. It is as if, it was just re-arranged. Although about the used towel and tissues in wash room was being attended right away after I called the housekeeping. I did not bothered to asked them to change the linens as I did not noticed it - NOT until I came up to the bed to rest.

Our twin room was very spacious and clean with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was very clean with towels and free toiletries provided. There was an ironing board, an iron and a fridge in the room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of savoury and sweet items to choose from (even though there were no croissants or pain au chocolat). The location is very good, as the metro station is about 10 minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Situated in downtown at 150 m from the metro station and national museum, it provided easy access to everything I wanted to explore !!!!! My stay at Hampton By Hilton Doha Old Town was a truly excellent journey. The combination of outstanding staff, impeccable accommodations, and a delightful breakfast made it a standout experience. The room vas clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. The location was perfect as it's only 5/10min from the National Muzeum. The staff was very nice and recommended a very good restaurant nearby. The value for money is excellent and perfect for solo travelers! I would recommend it. I even got a box of chocolate as a present :) LOVELY

Unfortunately, it was impossible to turn off the air conditioning, that was making quite a lot of noise...as I'm from Europe I do not like air conditioning especially if it's not too hot outside. Also, the breakfast is not the best I had but it's correct.
