Loved the cleanliness and size of the en-suite room. Also for an add-on of £12 or so, when I checked in, I thought the breakfast was very good value, considering the buffet had all of continental and English breakfast options. I noticed there were also gluten-free options available. I was spending a day at Warwick Castle, which was only a short drive (approx 15mins). So for accommodation which was not centrally located, I still found it convenient. Lots of free parking spaces available too, which was helpful.

Nothing that I can think of, for such a short stay.

Took three Golden `retriever’s with us and it was so dog friendly. The staff were absolutely fabulous, helpful, courteous and just lovely. Food was hot and wholesome. The breakfast was really good. A fabulous choice to be had.

The rooms are a bit tired and need more electric sockets and wi fi sockets. Shower was weak and there could be a grab rail to assist in getting into the bath to have a shower. However this is being hyper critical, but they are things that are expected in this day and age. The only other criticism was having to pay nearly £30 for two large gin and tonics.

The receptionist was pleasant & helpful on arrival & departure. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The room was clean & comfortable & had a variety of toiletries available. The room also had tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary water, crisps & chocolate bar, which was much appreciated. There was also complimentary water in the reception / bar area. The parking for guests staying over in the hotel was free of charge.👍🏻

Only that we would have liked more UHT milk pods available for more than 2 cups of coffee in our room. ☕️ ☕️

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the children’s play space in the lobby was very inviting and well-equipped for our 4 year old and the breakfast layout, options and service were excellent. The a/c in our room worked well and the fee parking on site was very convenient.

The property was fine but Booking.com gave a different impression of what we had booking than what we received on arrival e.g. no bath or mini-bar / fridge as per the website and a smaller room size than had been mentioned. This creates a huge mismatch in expectations.

The Staff were as friendly as usual well done. The Breakfast was wide and varied and will suit most if not all tastes but with a big BUT !!

The air con in the room did not work as it should, it kept tripping out causing the room temperature to rise to 24deg when set at 19deg. The bed was harder than normal, although I understand that the mattresses are being replaced in the next few days. The cooked Breakfast was cold, served on cold plates despite a warning that the plates were hot. They need to get back to where they were, we have used this hotel a n umber of times in the past, but this time it lost its shine

Our room was warm, comfortable and clean and we both slept fairly well although some more pillows would have been nice especially when watching TV in bed. The location was quiet and the breakfast options were good, we booked our breakfast in advance with the room which added about £5 each to the total, if however it was bought on the day the menu showed the cooked breakfast at £17.95! Overall our stay was good value.

The TV programme guide didn't function, not much of a hardship but a little annoying.

The Premium Room was well appointed and clean. Hot water was instantaneous. Plentiful washing lotion, shampoo and conditioner well labelled without need for magnifying glass to read contents. Plenty of tea, coffee etc with spring water and lemonade available if wanted, although chargeable possibly.

It was a cold evening outside but the air conditioning ensured that was not a problem. However if conditions had needed a fresh air supply there was some sort of industrial process unit outside that 'may' have been troublesome from a persistent noise point of view. The window was not needed to be opened so this potential difficulty did not actually present itself. Problems of this nature can usually be avoided with some well designed noise attenuation.

the staff went far beyond what was expected. They were friendly , on the ball, reactive to any questions / requests that we had. They work so hard , having to cover and multi task so many jobs. for example meal times. which the food was well presented and tasted delish. all freshly prepared

wasn't an issue for us but if you are a fussy eater you may find that they don't always have everything on the menu which limits choice also was expecting the EV's to be up and running.

The staff that you have working for you all went the extra mile, even though they were extremely short staffed. This did affect service at times but those on duty made up for the problems by being so helpful and accommodating. Most evenings we were able to get coffee in the reception area throughout the evening.

A single pack of 3 biscuits were available on arrival in the room but were never replenished daily throughout the week's stay. Never have enough milk tea or coffee in the room, had to go to restaurant and ask. One member of staff on night desk always turned off hot drinks machines.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room/bed. Lovely shower. A cardio room with some weights. It's tiny but a benefit to booking the hotel. Everything worked too. Location is on the next business estate to some great stores and supermarkets.

A tiny thing. Literally. This would not stop me booking again at this hotel. Tiny bath. I'm 5'5 and couldn't fully extend my legs. But, I was still grateful there was a bath in the there as most hotels have showers only.
