The location was central and easy to find, with parking available. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were basic, clean, and comfortable, and had all we required for 1 nights stay. We booked breakfast, which was varied and plentiful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider booking again.

It would have been preferable to have all 3 rooms on the same floor. Reception staff apologised and told me told this was not possible as the hotel was busy. However, we had booked far in advance of arrival, so I did feel this was a poor excuse.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, but I want to highlight the kindness and spectacular service of the Indian-descended employee - unfortunately I don't remember her name. She was very helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was also very good, with many options to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay over there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality accommodation with exceptional service. I will certainly return on my next trip to the region.

The distance to the historical center. But, you can take a bus and be there in less than 10 minutes. If you go by feet it will take around 20-25 minutes.

Modern, trendy decor and the rooms are very spacious with a balcony chairs & table. Walk-in large shower and a separate toilet which is great for a family! Rooms contain 1 double bed a single in an alcove, double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Plenty seating and all modern on show storage. Self Service Breakfast was excellent quality with a fabulous selection hot and cold.

Half an hours walk from the lake but is on a bus route with the bus stop opposite. The air con wasn’t brilliant.

Everything! Compact room but with everything you need supplied. Bountiful sockets and usb points, hanging space, lighting (both direct and subtle), great accessibility and the most comfortable of beds! The moonscape ceiling design was a lovely touch making it unique. The shower & WC was equally compact but nothing to complain about. Plenty of towels, hot water and lovely fittings. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with something for all tastes and appetites.

We found that even with heating off, the room was very warm. However, we were able to open the window, which solved this problem.

Just 1min walk from bustop and city centre is less than 5 stops away where the train and bus station is. The lobby was a nice chill place to have a rest while waiting for check in time. My room at the 6th floor had a nice view of the mountain from far. Room is spacious enough with ample facilities. Location is great, not noisy and near a park.

Easy access. Good location for anyone with a pet as there is a park at the rear of the hotel. Room adequate for short stay. Short drive to Annecy centre was fairly easy. What a stunning place. There are some nice looking restaurants/bars immediately across the street behind the buildings in a central square that are next to the river.- (staff need to be made aware of this!)

It seemed 'isolated', at first, from key facilities. But, they are present and opposite! We missed out because a member of staff proved to be not aware, so we resorted to a pizza takeaway instead and missed out on the full experience offered by its location. We will know for next time!

Price/quality ratio. Very clean and spacious. Very nice staff. Small details which make a difference, such as gummies at the entrance. Very calm area.

The parking is very convinient, but the entrance is a bit tricky, very narrow. Location is not at the center (30min by walk). But we knew this and was totally fine to walk to the center.

The hotel exceeded my expectations because usually the comfort and general ambience of Ibis hotels are simplier. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious enough.

The location is not good at all in the outskirt of Annecy but if you are fine with 40 min walk to the historical center you will be ok. And there is a bus going to the railway station you can use it as well. During the check in I was asked to give my credit card number though my staying was already paid. I was too tired to argue but I will definitely contact Booking.com about this situation. I do not think it is normal if the staying is already paid.

Good location, about 25 mins walk from old town, but the walk is nice and safe so not an issue. The hotel is lovely, good size rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. Really comfortable beds.
