We really wanted to stay in Annecy, and we were hoping to get something right in the heart of the old town, but as I was doing my research I found that none of the properties had parking and most of them had reviews saying that there was a lot of noise from people on the streets all day and most of the night. Luckily, I found this hotel just a short walking distance from everything you want to see in Annecy, with parking (extra charge of 15 Euros per night) and breakfast included. The front entrance is not very convenient to arriving with a car as you can not pull right up to the front doors - so we parked in their underground garage first and then checked in with our baggage. The young guy who was working the front reception was not very friendly or helpful, something I am not very used to and it really put us off. Our room was nice - we had reserved the Executive Double Room with a bathtub. It was big and clean and more expensive than I would have liked to have paid for one night. The main thing that we wanted was a nice quiet room though and that is what we got, even though it was very near the train tracks outside, we were high enough and the room was soundproofed enough that we did nit hear any of the trains go by. Breakfast was quite nice and there was quite a bit to choose from. The entire front reception, bar and waiting area - really was one of the nicest set-ups for a hotel of this type that we had ever been in. Check-out was very simple and we were on our way within minutes.

Great hotel and location. Room fine for the three of use. Breakfast buffet is great. Good bar and staff friendly again with our second year staying here. Definitely recommend it for families or couples.

Coffee machine broke third night there. I think there was a power cut and it may have tripped a fuse. Reported it twice and a staff member had a look and said would get it replaced but didn't. So didn't have coffee or tea in our room for remaining night. Small issue though.

The breakfast was amazing. The beds were super comfy. The bar and restaurant area felt relaxed and not like a hotel which was lovely as we had two young boys but could feel like we were still out. The location was great and walking distance to lake and town. The bus station was also found the corner. Free buses to great swim spots around the lake (bus 60)

Only minor was breakfast busy so had to be more organised with a time of roughly when you wanted to go. We didn’t mind though.

location was great - near the centre and the old town. Very easy to go out for a meal in the evening. Unexpectedly, there was a very pleasant lounge and bar on the ground floor where we went for a drink while the kids got to sleep.

the parking was very narrow and tight. Easy to get scratches on car.

Excellent location. Next to bus station and ten minute walk to main town. Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and reception area/bar area was nice place to relax. Breakfast outside on the terrace was very pleasant.

Room had view of train tracks and station. However we weren’t bothered by noise overnight.

Overall an excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel was a short walk from the historic centre and lakeside. For a short break or overnight stop over I couldn't fault it.

There was a little noise from the adjacent railway station but nothing to bother any but the lightest sleeper.

Excellent. Bar area was great. Room was comfortable and a good size. Iron and board was available to use and brought up to the room quickly. Air con was excellent! Staff very helpful and friendly.

Nothing really. Only one small niggle was that the bathroom sink did not run away quickly.

Every thing in this hotel was perfect and above expectations Very modern hotel near by a mall , main train station , and just 10 mints walk to old Annecy. Staff working thier is amazing

Just the parking you have to be very carefull since its a little bit narrow for family car.

Elegant, newly renovated hotel; close to old town and restaurants; small but clean room; breakfast was varied and delicious; nice and cosy breakfast room.

1. The air-conditioner was on and the room was soo cold when we came in 🥶 even if we turned it off, the room was still cold. 2. There was a folding bed/sofa (for our kid), but it hadn’t been prepared before and there was no extra blanket 😞 3. Not a fan of giving my credit card info, even if it is just for guarantee. Apparently, they do this in France… Useful info: There is indeed a private parking, but, all hotel parking spots had been taken by the time we arrived there; fortunately there is a another, underground, large parking, nearby, and not expensive at all.

location, modern look, room was small but bed were very comfortable, clean.

booked because of parking facilities but on booking.com it didn’t mention parking was an extra cost.
