This is a very clean and comfortable budget hotel in a good location. Walking to the "Cite de Carcassonne" was quite easy. We had a lovely continental breakfast on our first morning, which set us up for a big day of walking. If you are looking for a nice light dinner the Sushi restaurant down from the hotel was very good. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with our luggage on arrival and getting us off to an extremely early start. For an extra cost the hotel has secure off street parking, which we took advantage of.

There was nothing we didn't like about this stay.

The hotel was clean and tidy, staff were great and very helpful even helped carry our suitcases up to the room. Our room had been updated fairly recently, great bed and the aircon worked well. It was a comfortable stay very close to the train station and about half an hour walking distance to Le Cite.

Nothing, the hotel was entirely satisfactory for our stay. Not a 5 star hotel but if you wanted one of those you would book one.

I have stayed twice here now and I’m staying another 2 times in the upcoming weeks. It’s warm, clean and a nice family run hotel with a cosy vibe. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and I can’t wait to go back this month.

Nothing, it does everything that you need and the quality of the rooms for a 2 star are better than some 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at.

This hotel was close to the Cascaronnes Cite, which is why we came. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. Parking was available for a small fee and was worth it. Breakfast was buffet style and very good.

We liked everything about this hotel. Especially the owner/manager. Just make sure to get the parking so you don't have to keep driving around the block to look for a place to park.

The location of the property was very convenient and close to train station. The check in and check out process were very easy and convenient. The room was perfect considering the cost and there was a kettle with coffee and tea.

The walls were very thin and especially on the toilet you could hear the neighbours next door. The inside of the toilet was a little dirty when we arrived. No shampoo or body wash provided but all minor issues.

Location was perfect for Train and Airport Shuttle as well as the 'new' town and an easy walk to the Castle - 20-30mins. My room on the 1st floor necessitated climbing a narrow staircase but it was large and pleasant with AC & Fan and very handy tea making facility. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast provided a variety of choices.

Walk down to restaurants, bars, shops. About 20-30 mins walk to the old city which is a really nice walk. We spent morning/afternoon there and returned to hotel for dinner closer by.

Nothing in particular. There isn’t a lift so on the top floor you need to carry bags up two flights of stairs however this did not bother us. As in any hotel, noise from hallway can carry through however the proprietor has signs up encouraging people to be quiet in the stairwell which overall the other guests did comply with.

Thanks very much for a lovely stay. I stayed overnight with my Mum to get on the aeroplane this morning. The man on reception was really helpful and changed our room for us to a lower floor so that we didn’t have so far to carry our heavy luggage. A very good night’s sleep and a very comfortable bed.

Travelled to Carcassonne by train so the hotel was only 5 minutes walk with cases etc. Hotel was close to all areas and about 20 minutes walk to the Medieval city . I know a lot of these things have been written about this hotel over and over but it was so easy from start to finish and so efficient with everything including receptiion organising a taxi to the airport on the morning of our departure.

Its an old building but was renovated recently enough. There is nothing else that I didnt like.
