We needed a last minute place to stay and where able to book this stay option via Booking.com. The lady at the reception made to customer friendly action of calling us ahead of our stay to tell ask us whether we had an idea about the time we would be arriving. She said they were closing the reception, but was willing to stay a short time extra to check us in and explained how we could otherwise gain access to our room. The hotel exterior looked very tidy and clean and the same can be said for the entrance and lobby. There is a lift in the building if you are on a higher floor and ample parking available around the building. Although the hotel seems situated on an industrial estate, it is located far from any noisy roads or businesses. The lady at the reception spoke English well and was most helpful and friendly. The room was of a fair size and well suited for a short stay to visit the surrounding area. The bathroom was not very large, but again no issue for a short stay location. We would sincerely consider this location for any future stay. Be aware that there are two of this chain hotels next to one and other so choose the correct one. ;-)

The staff were all really friendly, welcoming and patient when we tried to use our less than perfect French. The cleanliness of the whole place was super, we appreciated the shower gel/shampoo in the shower and the towels. (Unfortunately, I only saw the note about saving water/protecting the environment the day we checked out, maybe this could be mentioned to guests when they check in.) The door code system worked really well. What I particularly liked was the garden with the birds and the white benches in front of the hotel. Great place to sit and drink wine! The breakfast was really good, too. And the lemon/cucumber water that was there in the afternoon for everybody to help themselves.

Crisp bread or dark rye bread for breakfast would have made it even better for me personally (as I try to avoid wheat for health reasons). A common room or longer opening hours of the dining room for people to sit in the evening would be an improvement, too, in my opinion.

This was a great stopover hotel. It's on an industrial estate but there is a restaurant a few metres walk. The rooms are compact but the beds are very comfortable. Could have done with more pillows but I didn't ask so nothing to do with the hotel. Air con was very welcome after a long hot journey. There's a vending machine and hot drink vending if needed anytime of day or night. The staff were very welcoming. Lovely breakfast spread. Great hotel if you are on a stopover or you want to explore the nearby vineyards.

Great, calm hotel very close to the airport of Colmar where I had all my planned activities. There are some restaurants in the vicinity that are easy to reach by walking. The breakfast is very good: during my stay my daily activities did not permit occasions to eat, so I was relying on the breakfast of the hotel which provided all nutrients necessary to conveniently making a full day working possible. The directrice and the staff were always very busy as it is a very popular hotel, but when they were available, they were very helpful and kind.

There is no deficiency that would worth to be mentioned. I generally find the rooms in that region of France too dark, but it is not the fault of the hotel. They provided a desk lamp so I could work and prepare for my daily tasks properly during the night.

One important factor is that most hotels in this chain have secure car parks which is quite important given that the chain hotels are generally located close to industrial zones of large towns. This chain of hotels can also be relied upon to provide a good standard of accommodation and are ideally suited to overnight stops. On this occasion the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to help us when my wife discovered she had left her sunglasses in the room hours after we had left for our next destination. Having contacted the hotel, the staff looked for the sunglasses, found them and kept them safe until I was able to send the postage money. With that done the glasses were posted back to us in the UK. Great customer service.

All B & B Hotels appear to have the same problem concerning Wi-Fi. It is time consuming and an unnecessarily fussy procedure to get logged in. Once in, the connection drops if you stop using it for a few moments and you have to go through the whole long logging in procedure again. I tend to make a great deal of use of the internet and email when travelling and must therefore consider using an alternative chain.

great location for a stopover but also very good for a trip to Colmar with a bus service about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. we extended our stay to 2 nights so we could spend time in Colmar which is totally worth a day visit, it’s lovely. Staff were welcoming and very helpful too. The rooms have air conditioning which is great, loads of free parking right outside the hotel. Two stars is a little unfair, it’s a 2 star hotel with a 3 star easily achievable. Great value too, Breakfast was great with a good selection of fresh offerings constantly being topped up.

Nothing, it’s a fab stopover hotel. does everything you need it to very well.

-the front desk staff were hospitable -close to the Colmar center -free parking at the hotel -the hotel is nice inside and out -the room is small, but spacious for 2 people -breakfeast is good! not very enriched, but good.

-the fact that there was no radiator in the room and the air conditioner does not heat the room enough, but there is in the bathroom 🙏

hotel, comfy bed and very clean, super breakfast with lots of choice including hot food. Very friendly and helpful lady on reception. Booked there because of the rave reviews and they are well deserved - super place for a really reasonable price. Location right on the edge of Colmar in an industrial area, but you can drive into town and stay in a multi storey car park for just 3 euros for the whole day. so the location isn't a problem and it's how you get a great hotel at a low price.

Nothing bad about this place

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Spacious enough , Good beds , Tv , Heating testing it was more than OK. Breakfrast was a nice surprice (although i got COVID -pretty sure from the breafast room- , but that was a risk i took and paid). Parking was very easy and the location it was ok. Not near Colmar (to be exact right after the end of it), but at the right spot for Alsace (Eguishem, Colmar, Ribeauvillé , Riquewihr & many more) and Black Forest , the places i wanted to visit. Also very close the shopping malls and of course it was SUPER quiet . The room was clean ..but just the room!!!

The lighting could be better. Especially near the door/closet. The biggest problem was the Bathroom cabinet. Stinky and dirty. The showerhead holder was ripped. The doors of the cabinet was not closing firmly. And to enter/exit the cabinet you should make a giant leap and take the risk of slipping - there should be a handle bar in the cabinet to hold on to.

the hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway (which is perfect if you are just need to rest for the night), it's got a wide free car park and the breakfast (included in our rate) was surprisingly amazingly good! The the bed was comfy and the room was very quite a night. Also the staff at reception on arrival was extremely friendly, they spoke perfect English and we had our check-in done in no time. They are pet-friendly and it was very convenient for us!

The room was maybe a little too small, or at least so it felt with all of our stuff in it.
