The reception staff, male, was very welcoming and professional, the decor of the hotel was inviting and cozy, the room was compact, but well decorated/furnished, the bathroom was excellent modern and clean, excellent service for our dogs with dog beds and food bowels, location good close stroll to the historical center , we can highly recommend a beautiful restaurant, La Cochonaille 10 min walk from the hotel.

No milk or spoon for your tea in the room, empty mini bar with complementary water, no onsite parking, however few minutes walk to public parking so no problem for us.

It's a small hotel close to the centre of Colmar. The room was clean, and nicely decorated. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast. There's a parking just behind the hotel, where the Auchan is, that is paid through the hotel.

I'm not particularly fond of these covers that some hotels put at the end of the bed for decoration purposes. I'm allergic to dust so the less there's on the bed that can hold dust the better. No smart TV in the room.

The hotel is in a great location, literally minutes from the city center and Little Venice. We traveled with two dogs and an infant and had all our needs met. Each dog received bowls and a sleeping cushion. We also got the free cot (great size, regular baby cot mattress size). The bed was extremely comfy, and thanks to thick curtains, we could sleep in since the little one did not wake up as early as usual. The staff was warm, welcoming and understanding and the entire stay made us feel at home. The breakfast selection was excellent for a 2-night stay; the hotel even serves fresh veggies!

This is a very nice comfortable boutique hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of the town. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast with a good choice. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel has an agreement with the Auchun car park. You are given a card for entry and exit, that can be reused during the stay. It costs €18/day and is paid for at the end of the stay..

This modern, classy hotel was very clean. The mattress and pillow were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had several emails back and forth to make a dinner reservation and they were able to communicate in English and found exactly the type of food I wanted. Parking right nest door was convenient and easy to get to.

I thought the breakfast was only ok. There was a nice selection of cheese and meat, but not many vegetables or other items. Perhaps my expectations were too high based on how great everything else was.

The short walk into the old town of Colmar, the room design and decor, the bathroom was more than adequate, and the total quietness of the room, and the window that opened, and the easy parking on site allowing us to come and go, though we did have to pay 20E a day for it (I thought it said free parking on the web site?).

Our view was of a building construction site, which can't be helped. (The building looks like it will be a nice one when finished).

We found the staff to be uniformly helpful, earnest, and attentive. There is an extensive breakfast buffet with Alsatian breads, cheeses, meats. The scrambled eggs came from a recipe by a local Michelin awarded chef and were excellent. The decor is chic, modern, clean looking, and comfortable with a keen attention to detail. Even the stairwells are beautiful with wide carpeted steps and floor to ceiling windows. We were able to walk to each of the three restaurants we dined at for dinner each evening. A great place to base a stay in Colmar.

We chose Colmar as the 2nd and 3rd night stopover on our drive from Eurotunnel to Arles in the south of France. The town was great and well served by this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommended local restaurants. Secure basement car park whilst accessed by a steep narrow ramp was good as we left the car there the whole time as driving in Colmar is difficult

Whilst the hotel is excellent its location is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the centre and all the restaurants. We did not take their buffet breakfast as we felt it was not good value at 21 euros each

Super amical and friendly hotel. Well located. Fresh orange juice in the morning! (Very rare) Lot of nice attentions that make you feel unique : welcome chocolate on the bed, Christmas tea, presentation of Colmar city, umbrellas in case of rain… they make you feel at home ! Will definitely come back :)

Only tiny downsize, the omelette at breakfast is machine made, which feels.
