This is a decent hotel not too far (maybe 15 mins walk to the real centre) from the centre of Colmar with all the main attractions and lots of bars and restaurants> Colmar centre is lovely with lots of good stuff including an indoor market, canals, museums and all those old wooden framed houses painted in pretty colours. Well worth a visit. The hotel has good car parking immediately in front of it with cameras and good lighting which is a real bonus There are free juices and coffee at reception and the staff were helpful. The room was clean, fairly decent size and quiet at night. There was plenty of hot water for a shower. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that

The area around the hotel is a little down at heal and we didn't feel like dwelling on first five mins walk into the centre of Colmar. After that it is fine.

This Kyriad hotel is a very convenient option to get to the center of Colmar if you are with a car! It’s easily accessible from the motorway and has lots of parking spots on sight. The old town of Colmar is then only a short walk away so you don’t have to go too far to see all the sights and find some nice restaurants. The staff at the reception were very helpful during check-in and gave good tips for visiting the city. The hotel is clean and the rooms also, if a little on the small side but for one night it was more than fine. There is everything needed in the room and we had a comfortable night there!

Having stayed at Kyriad hotels before this one did not differ so much compared to others in the chain, you know what you are getting when booking. We found the price for one night for a standard room a bit high, then again it was booked last minute for a Saturday night so can be expected! The only other slight thing is that you hear the noise of others guests walking in the corridor to go to their rooms, so you can be woken a couple of times at night if you are a light sleeper. We were also there at the same time as a big group of bikers, so we heard the sound of their bikes leaving the parking but fortunately for us we were already awake at that time! Small things to keep in mind but it didn’t bother us so much :)

- clean room, free parking ( but not a lot of places , you have to be lucky to find one unocupied) - free coffee, water and some juices - breakfast ok, without clasic omlete and without vegetables; many types of cheeses and pastries - close to the old city center, at walking distance - near the buses station

- small room and the ceiling very low, you could touch it easy - only one small window, no much light from outside( especialy in the ground floor); it was like in a cave - the staff was a little confuse, could’n help with the info for bus tichets, could’n find the reservation - the towels were smelling bad and have holes - the a/c vent in a unusable position because of the low ceiling and small room - no heating sistem, except of the a/c

Friendly and helpful staff. I loved the eclectic decor in the dining room and reception area. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. I was traveling with my niece so we were in a twin room. It was a little small, however as we were out all day this was not an issue for us. There was a kettle and a case stand. Despite being on the ground floor facing the car park it was quiet. The location was about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the Christmas Markets. It is a longer walk from the station, 20-25 minutes and if visiting on a weekend for the Christmas Markets book a taxi from the hotel the day before as Colmar is very busy. We ended up walking both ways as could not get a taxi from the station when we arrived.

The hotel had a few free parking places right in front, and we were lucky to get one since there's only about 6-7 of them. We also enjoyed their refillable syrup & soda cups, as well as it being a bit away from the bustle of the old town

The room was pretty small and without a fridge - which would have been to store some cheese and other products we bought from Colmar. The view from our room was towards the back of the hotel and their supplies area, not very enticing.

This was an amazing acommodation, nice rooms, cleaned daily, with all the amenities. We were nicely welcomed by the receptionist who took time to explain and share information on attractions, restaurants, transport, etc. She was really nice. We particularly liked the pillows, maybe we can get some information on the brand/type of pillow, as we would like to buy some for our home. We had such a good sleep. Thank you for a lovely stay, hope to return soon!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, we were traveling by motorcycle and had concerns about parking, because when I sent a message, the reply was there were limited spaces. But not a problem on arrival because they have space around the back for about 4/6 when they are busy but don't advertise this. It was about 15/20 minutes restaurants and bars.

We stayed for two nights, a kettle in the room but only enough coffee for one a day.

The beds were very comfortable, the room quiet and clean. It was a short walk to the town centre. The staff provided us with great recommendations for what to see and where to eat. The hotel seemed genuinely committed to it's environmental aims, and we liked the water station in the lobby. Best of all - the breakfast was fantastic! The best we had on our trip!

There aren't many parking spaces. The front was full when we arrived, and we found it a little difficult to locate the further spaces at the rear. But we were able to find space.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location, especially because we travelled with the car. We got a place just at the hotel door. Otherwise, there is a big public parking garage a few hundred minutes walking for a very cheap price. Short walk to the centre. Rooms are nice, the bed is comfortable, stuff is friendly. A bit busy at breakfast.

All was good.

Kind staff, pretty quiet area within walking distance from the city center, plastic-free policy (with water cooler available to the guest). Breakfast was good, plenty of sweet and savory food to choose from. The room was clean and cozy, it suited perfectly the short stay (1 night). Parking space is available in front of the hotel or nearby.

Very minor annotations about the bathroom: the only rack for the towels is inside the shower (couldn't find another place where to hang the two small towels); the opaque glass bathroom door unfortunately makes it impossible to go to the toilet at night without waking up the other person in the room.
