The location is excellent for the city center, yet fairly quiet at night. We upgraded our room and had an large well presented room. The indoor pool and sauna facilities are very good. The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and spoke excellent English. They booked a table for us locally for dinner, advised us where to explore and even lent us bathing costumes for the pool. Good facilities for secure storage of our cycles.

The breakfast is an odd affair where you have to book what you want in advance the night before. The choices are limited. For a hotel of this standard they could do very much better. It was okay, but probably the most uninviting we have enjoyed in three weeks cycling around Germany and France going from hotel to hotel.

Very helpful staff. Great location but off the most crowded streets.

Not the hotel’s fault but as we like to sleep with an open window we were disturbed by some less sober people wandering off the main streets and making some noise at late hours in the evening. Otherwise the hotel is very silent.

An amazing stay at the hotel. Really helpful personnel, mega comfy rooms, and an amazing location. Also, the breakfast, despite not being buffet, was really good. I will return, no doubt!

The temperature of the room was slightly cold. However, considering the thickness of the duvet, perhaps it was even better, and I would cook in there instead.

Staff was lovely. Breakfast was abundant and the location is perfect, close to everything. They had a lot of little details and they were super nice to us and our little one, customising the breakfast for him even. We will be coming back!

The noise in the street at times was a little early in the morning

lovely large rooms with a very nice updated bathroom, air conditioning, comfy beds, one part of our group had a lovely balcony, near the main part of the city but on a quiet street.

what a lovely place to stay in the center of all the action and historic sights of Colmar. I thoroughly enjoyed my too brief stay. The staff were wonderful and welcoming for me and my dog.
